  1. They must have changed the schedule or I read it wrong. Just glad there is another Oasis class ship coming to Port C and hope she will be there once short 2024-2025 short cruises are released.
  2. I read that the Townhouse was 75% booked for 2024 but this is even less availability.! Don't think Icon is for us. Hope they don't homeport it or a sister ship in Port Canaveral -- our closest port.
  3. November 3, 2023 will be Allure's first short cruise out of Port Canaveral -- 3 nights. We are sailing on the first cruise along with November 6 - 4 night -- back to back.
  4. I have a hard time drinking all six even with a glass of wine with lunch.🤣 Enjoy your cruises!!
  5. We're doing a back to back in November so we'll remember to check in for the second leg anyway and watch the video again. Still better than In-Person muster
  6. Got it and got knocked off my app. I was able to log in later.
  7. It was probably a text set up to go to passengers on a future cruise that was sent by mistake. One poster who got the text was on a cruise later this month that we were booked on but had to change.
  8. I keep track of large groups and try not to book during those weeks. I'm Jewish but I've avoided Yeshiva week because of the number of kids and restaurants being closed so that kosher food can be prepared according to dietary rules. I check on the Google my dates to make sure that there aren't large groups on the ships.
  9. Wonder when Allure itineaaries from May 2024 onward will be posted. She is doing short cruises from November 2023 - April 2024 to Coco Cay and Nassau. We're booked to enjoy suite perks at a lot less money than on Wonder.
  10. That's exactly what the text said and it quickly disappeared from our text strings. Maybe we got the text as we were originally booked on Wonder for Feb. 26 in a cabin that would have had E3-Bionic Bar as our Muster station. We changed to a May cruise.
  11. So maybe they will have more short itineraries on Allure. As I posted above, we're booked on Allure b2b in November, 2023 in a GS to enjoy the suite perks at a prices that is $2,000 less than a JS in Wonder. We almost always cruise from Port Canaveral.
  12. I wonder if a text that my husband and I both received today is related to improving the e-muster. The text told us to report to our Muster Stations (E3 in Wonder's Bionic Bar) to have our sea passes scanned. This will be our Muster Station for our next cruise on May 21, 2023. I wonder if this is a tactic to prod people to complete their e-muster. We're used to announcements for people to complete the drill all afternoon on embarkation day. I think this may have been a practice drill that went viral when it wasn't supposed to. But if this is a new tactic that can make e-muster more successful, I was glad to get the rouge text -- especially as other cruise lines are going back to traditional muster and there could be International Maritime Organization pressure for RCI to go back to in-person muster. As I've posted earlier, we really like e-muster. Did anyone else get a text like we got?
  13. Thanks for your congratulations. We have enjoyed being Pinnacle and we received our package with the pins prior to our December Wonder cruise so we could wear them on that cruise.
  14. Hope Allure or a sister ship will be doing the short itineraries from Port Canaveral.
  15. Lots of onboard revenue when some folks try to get 7 days worth of fun in 3 or 4 days.
  16. The menu seems to be better than it was in 2017 on Oasis.
  17. that's a good observation John. We are in a JS for our next Wonder cruise so keeping fingers crossed for CK dinners.
  18. Thanks -- wondering if Allure will still be doing short itineraries from Port Canaveral.
