If you’re at the gate, ask gate agent for help. They may have already booked protection flights for everyone if your flight is cancelled. If Delta cancels or changes your flight, they will help.
First, check the DL App to see if you’re rebooked, have seats, etc.
If they do not have a protection flight,
Get on the phone with the enroute desk for EZAir. They may be able to rebook
you on another carrier. I’d call them on my phone, while waiting in line for a DL gate agent.
