Okay, the Q&A did say
all guests are required to
have a medically assisted test.
They just updated it today Jan 16, 23.
Now, it reads the same as the cruiseHealth tool.
So, are self administered tests accepted?
Every one seems to have a different answer at Princess. Unreal.
It says:

For voyages departing from the U.S., Chile and Vancouver, all guests 5 and older must provide a medically assisted or self-administeredAntigen home test or PCR within 3 days before departure.
For voyages departing, arriving or visiting Australia, all guests 2 and older must provide medically assisted or self-administered Antigen home test within 24 hours or PCR within 48 hours.
