  1. I wouldn’t go by the App. It says right on the top off the wellness check- check -upload docs… Please review the COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements for your voyage and acknowledge the following: Of course, that hyperlink is a blank page. I believe it is supposed to take you back to the website covid health protocols. And, don’t be too sure about the show stopper. It was a show stopper on our Enhanced Voyage Nov/Dec sailing Crown South Pacific cruise. Over 200 guests did not have a medically assisted test. Denied boarding, until port authorities and an urgent care became involved trying to test everyone before sailing. Finally, PCl medical stepped up and did a MEDICALLY assisted test for them at the port. It was not pretty. I don’t really care which test, at this point, let’s just clarify it.
  2. Sounds like another fumble by the pricing updating team!!! Buy those quickly. Maybe, they will come back and delete the OLD price? They were $3.95 in the gift shop. 😳
  3. I have seen Air Canada on the list. However, this can change at any time. Ask for the form at GS and fill it out, they will advise you if it is approved.
  4. It’s not just the Crown Enhanced Voyage in question. What about the other voyages from the US, like the March TA Enchanted? Same problem. People think they can just self test, take a picture and download it. Scary how many may be denied boarding.
  5. It would be IF the would update the CruiseHealth tool. But, that is conflicting also. It hasn’t been updated since Dec 2, 22.
  6. @suzyed Can you believe this? Congrats to you for your refunds. Wow! IDK about the FCD’s.
  7. Sounds like another glitch/error with the website. They should not have a problem using FCC’s for a booking. It automatically is supposed to happen when you book or do final payment. Crazy.
  8. Very easy and convenient. Not all airlines participate and it can change. Go to guest services a few days before your disembark and ask for the form. It had to be in to GS about 3-4 days before cruise end. You’ll need a copy of your ticket information, names, flight information, date, etc from the airline. I printed off a copy of my eticket information for them. It’s $25 a bag, unless it’s gone up. We used it in FLL in March.
  9. Yes, true. It is a window white envelope and says Bottomline Technology for Princess Cruise Line Good thing the FCC’s don’t come in the mail.😳 Wish they would show up though!
  10. It wasn’t a problem for us either. We did 8 cruises last year.
  11. That’s so subjective. We always asked for local restaurants near where we stayed and really enjoyed them. Also our SDT guide suggested a great place for seafood. Could never remember the name. We did tapas bars and there are so many. Again, lean on your hotel to suggest restaurants.
  12. Yes, they are very responsive. They cover the major sights in BCN and many you get out and get the history. BCN has so many sights that you need to see. Ask them how long in each sight and the details. Not enough time to do everything. It gives you a great feel for the city attractions and of course, the star here is Montserrat. We also did a city full tour with them. We loved spending time and a tour of the inside of Park Guell. So cool. Sagrada Familia is also on the city tour and if you want to see the inside, tell them. You can do that at the end of the tour and grab a taxi back to your hotel. So many choices. .
  13. We’ve seen that happen to a lot of folks too waiting in line. They only hold your table 10-15 mins if you have a reservation.
  14. Montserrat is a great tour. SDT is our favorite tour company. We’ve done several tours with them in Spain and had great guides and itineraries. We really liked this tour, as we had time there to explore a little, walk around on our own. The guide gave us the background history and then we explored a little. You don’t need a guide here to take you around. It was a great tour and I’d go again in a heartbeat. Spain Day Tours also known as Barcelona Day Tours is a very reputable company and very helpful. I’ve booked tours with them in Portugal and Spain.
  15. Oh sorry…thought you were the OP. Hope they can find it.
  16. I don’t understand how some can get them right away and others months out. Just don’t get it.
  17. That shows you have the package Princess Premier. So, they changed the ship, they need to honor your booking. That is proof. It says it’s included in your fare. That agent is not very good! You need the manager. BTW, it is against CC rules to mention the name of any TA.
  18. Yes, and the agent has to have the original booking with the information in their computer. I’d try to speak to a manager there.
  19. So, what does your cruiseHealth tool say? Same as was stated on here? I wouldn’t go by the roll call or a PCL agent, because of all the conflicting information. I’m with you, if I don’t see it in writing from Princess, I’m ordering emed. 😳
  20. Did you book it yourself? The original confirmation from Princess shiuld show what was purchased. You should have an email confirmation. Or a Ta/CVP would be able to verify if you booked through them.
  21. Phone line (if still working) for information of data breach Princess: 1-833-719-0091
  22. No. Did you notice… if the area code was Santa Clarita, CA? A promo would come… out of there probably. You could try to call headquarters to inquire? Not sure if there is a fraud dept. Should be after a breach they had a while back. I would try to reach them, as someone may have your information? Please post if you find out. TIA Data breach was 2019. https://www.travelagentcentral.com/cruises/data-breach-affects-princess-cruises-holland-america-line-guests
  23. That first sentence under our cruiseHealth tool is the problem. According to some Princess management, we are supposed to go by the Tool or cruise personalizer. My travel summary only gives general information. Nothing specifically about testing. The CruiseHealth tool you can see is very general and not Updated since Dec 2nd. Guess we will just keep watching it. Same verbage on the South Pacific cruise Crown in March also.
  24. That first sentence under Testing Requirements is the problem. This is on the CruiseHealth Tool for Enchanced Voyages. Very general. Yes, we took an Enhanced Voyage in Nov/Dec and it clearly said medically assisted testing was required. So, we did Emed proctored. Easy. But, then Dec 2nd and Dec 19th the language was changed on the tool and the website. Not clear anymore. We’ve had 2 different answers from PCL management. They also differ. Crazy. Of course, if not clarified, we’ll buy emed again for proctored.
