  3. New color!!! You should get an email once it ships. You should get the OM about 11 days before sailing. If not, guess you will get it at the port. Since the new app, updating affected the OM ordering. Seems it started when the put the new one out. I reordered and cancelled mine, only could tell on the history…. on the App…yes, it was ordered. 🤔
  4. I’d be surprised to find a PCL office in Phoenix, maybe a distribution center? Do you have a TA or CVP that might check in this? Not sure they could get hold of anyone or be able to remail it now. I highly doubt a PCL rep on the regular reservation phone line would be able to help at all. JMO If it were me, I wouldn’t spend much time on this. You are leaving in 6 days, not enough time to reorder, and it is not a big deal at the port to just go to the blue lane and pick up the medallions. You could all go together or just wait inside the Piazza for them, if they take longer. Go to GS and they can refund the $10 if you paid for it pre cruise. The blue line has only been another 5 mins than the Green on the cruises we’ve been on lately. YMMV The port? Helpful info.

  8. Yes, I look at the EZAir guidelines too when I book. It also is on the travel summary and if you tried to book an excursion. But, independently, you can do it earlier, as we’ve done also. Maybe someone out there has done a Saturday recently? This is domestic, I assume? Is your checkin time 2 hours before? 0845?
  9. Not sure of your arrival time. Sat traffic shouldn’t be too bad. See’s a little early to depart SFO, but haven’t done this recently. Here’s the PCL flight guidelines. San Francisco Embarking Passengers For voyages that depart from San Francisco, the latest flight arrival is 3 hours prior to ship's departure for domestic flights. Disembarking Passengers For voyages that arrive in San Francisco, the earliest flight departure is 5 hours after ship's arrival for domestic flights.
  10. I would pack my bags and get to the port! 😆 Are you both using the same type of phone and browser? Have you cleared your cache/history from your phone? If you delete and reinstall then you should have the current version. If you try those things and still no luck. Call the 800 pcl line and pick the option for ocean ready. Tell them to open a ticket for you. Have you tried your email login with your pw, instead of your booking number to log in? It should be the same credentials as logging into the website. Any problem with logging into the website? Let us know if they help! If not….I think the App does hate you! 😩😜
  11. For sure. Our Fitbit showed a little of our name. We always take a copy of PP, they ask to see that sometimes.
  12. If yours are loaded. If you see them on the website, then you should be able to see them on the App. Unless, it is another glitch on the App.
  13. It won’t hurt anything, but they will be programming and you are going to see glitches the next couple of weeks. I did delete and reinstalled. You may want to recheck everything after June 17th. We’ll see.
  14. We found that also, so we bought the PCL wristbands a couple of years ago. We found that the local port custom agents DO look at our wristbands to check the ship and date when we return to the ship. Did not want to dig the medallion out of the air tag holder or the fit bit band every stop. You can use the provided lanyard, if you don’t mind it around your neck.
