  1. My personal opinion is that to best understand Regent, the TA must have traveled extensively on board and done so paying the fare as guest.
  2. Use a TA who has 200 paid nights on Regent...its the only way you will get what you are paying for.
  3. I will be the top of that list....losing Navigator and losing the Pool Deck for dinner is a huge blow.
  4. Correct and correct. I think, if any goes, it will be Navigator and they will reuse the name for a new ship. We will know for sure when the rest of 2026 cruises are announced.
  5. If it is a comment from a friend who works at Regent, he won't quote the source. None of us want to get friends into trouble.
  6. If we are playing the guessing game, I think Regent keeps V and M (due to extensive refits late 2025 - and you don't do that if you are selling) and sells Navigator and re-uses the name on a new ship.
  7. OBC is fine - you can do it as soon as you log in. IDK what the fee is - it is free if you are Gold or higher and free in Concierge (I think).
  8. It has nothing to do with your post but I love to see a person who has traveled on many different cruise lines...it gives you a wider range of experience and I have found it to be extremely enlightening. I do the same.
  9. This would be the position directly above entry-level...
  10. Time will tell but experience shows they have know about this for a long time and a couple of letters isn't going to change their corporate strategy.
  11. Nobody said they have different terms....but when you deal with dozens of different transportation companies it is understandable that they perform differently. You cannot expect every transfer for every guest for every cruise to go off without a hitch. The vast majority are perfect...but when you deal with tens or hundreds of thousands of passengers, there are bound to be issues.
  12. Regent subs out all transfers. There is no relation between transfers in different ports nor any change in what Regent has done pre- or post- Covid. I have a client who has spent millions with Regent and Regent "lost" their private car transfer in one port.....out of thousands of nights. It happens.
  13. Regent can give you the name and address of port agent in each port and they should be able to receive a package for you. I have shipped things to guests on board before.
  14. A great port with great shopping!
  15. Perhaps they need to come up with a less technologically intensive means of completing the survey. It seems a lot of people are having trouble with it.
  16. They booked your initial flights without a passport though.... I've never heard that response and I have booked almost 5,000 nights.
  17. Why can you not deviate? Deviating has nothing to do with transfers and hotel.
  18. People who video chat in public have zero class.
  19. Only refundable credits.
  20. There is also some weird age dynamic as well. If you appear substantially younger than the average guest they will assume you work there. I've been yelled at to sit in the back of the tender when a woman thought I was crew.
  21. They should stock it - ask the Cabin Stewardess when you get on board.
  22. Grandeur and Mariner.
  23. I have a couple of hundred Speedtest results from multiple ships in multiple locations both with and without Starlink. About 99% of the results show Starlink at 4MBPS down - substantially faster (not to mention FAR more stable) than the old system. I'm really looking forward to the full implementation of Starlink across the fleet.
