    I hope you are able to get it sorted out , I have spoken with 2 customer service representatives in the last week, they have been quite helpful and very gracious.

    I guess I have been around too long. I did experience this same scenario multiple times over the years , and it was not only on X.

    Sounds nothing short of a Herculean task.

    Not talking about the security photos. We were in a long line behind other passengers and did not have the option to cut in front of them . Once we reached the actual photo area we politely declined. The point is everyone had to wait in the line that was being held up by the pre cruise photo op.

    I am definitely on your side on this , I always print a copy of my cruise statement the moment I get it, yes I know it’s old fashioned , but at least you have some documentation to back your claims..

    I can remember waiting in line for a considerable amount of time to board the ship 🚢 as the mandatory pre cruise photos were being taken. I do not miss that at all.
