  1. Yes, that’s it. They must have shortened the name, been going there for years. Maybe they still have it, a lovely Sunday brunch. I even have a tee shirt, but who doesn’t! 🙃. In celebration, one day, we downed one too many margaritas there after buying a Tiara at Bertram Marine that was a few doors down the channel.
  2. When you say The Boatyard, is that the Bimini Boatyard on 17th Street? Did they change the name?
  3. We love cruising, don’t get me wrong. But we have gone the Eurail way for several trips to Europe, including travel to Russia and Scandinavian countries. As others have mentioned, if you want to spend time and have a more intimate experience in places like Munich, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Brussels and the like, take Eurail. The trains run like clockwork, unless there is an issue, which is pretty seldom. Make first class bookings and use overnight trains when you can. For instance, we left Barcelona around 7 pm, dinner on the train, slept very comfortably in our sleeper cabin, and arose at 6 in Paris! Had breakfast on the train, taxied to our hotel we had booked in advance, and began our day strolling the Seine by 9 am. Of course, you must limit your luggage. We often saw folks with two huge bags each, which you have to lug on and off the train and may need to put in an overhead. So, limit yourself to one bag, airline carryon size, and be prepared to do laundry, often 😃. One plus, no worries that someone will see you in the same outfit if you happen to wear it for two, maybe three, days in a row!
  4. I hope. Right now, nights 2 and 10 are Chic.
  5. I will bet we may end up with another night as Chic Night though. 15 nights pretty much means three.
  6. Funny you should ask because I had to ask how to see it on the App. Open the App, and click on the “Day 1” drop down at the top of the page for your cruise. Each day of your cruise will be listed in the drop down. Select a day, and in the banner at the top of the Daily Planner page, you should see attire for that evening. You can also see the dress code at the bottom of the page in the banner, without having to open the Daily Planner. To see another day, though, you need to go back to the first page of your cruise, and hit the “day” drop down again, and then select another day. Kind of a pain, but that’s the only way I could get my app to accurately show me the dress code.
  7. Our 15 night’er has only two, from what I understand.
  8. Not sure is there is a difference, but DH now only gets smoothies in Blu during breakfast. He’s never complained.
  9. DH has similar experience years ago on a fishing trip with the guys in Eleuthera. A guy with maybe two teeth was opening beers. How many teeth does your lovely waiter have? 🙂
  10. We have a funny story from 2018 on the Millennium. DH went to a hottub before breakfast, with a plan we would meet in Spa Cafe for breakfast. When we met up, he had two smoothies in front of him. I was a bit puzzled because he didn't have his seapass with him and wondered how he was able to get the smoothies without his card. He said they were on the counter, so he just helped himself. He then began to consume one of the smoothies, noting it was pretty thick, gummy and tasteless. He went on to finish the first smoothie and when he started on the second, suddenly the Spa Cafe chef and a staff member from the Spa Cafe appeared at our table stating..."OMG! Here they are! Did you eat these?" Turns out....they were DISPLAY Samples!!!!!!! Needless to say he stopped eating them, they took down our cabin number and name, and they told DH to drink a lot of water with lemon throughout the day. Fortunately, nothing in the samples was life threatening, and he survived. This is probably our funniest cruise story that continues to generate some great laughter!
  11. https://www.porteverglades.net This link is for Port Everglades. You can find what berth your ship is assigned to.
  12. I also think it depends upon the Captain. We’ve been where the Captain acknowledges staff members for longevity of service, etc., as well as any new Zenith passengers. But some are in and out in minutes.

    New website.

Did those of you who can see your upcoming cruises have to complete the request form to have your cruises populate the website?

    New website.

No emails for quite some time. No future cruise posted on the website. Our TA did confirm our booking and pre-cruise land package are intact. Not sure about the excursions we bought several months ago though. Just completed the "Help " form. Waiting for a response. And just updated our communication preferences. Last selections disappeared.
  15. We will be on board right after you return. Hope your flight into FLL is on track. Just read that nearly 25% of today’s scheduled arrivals have been canceled. If you’re already local, no problem. Bon voyage! WAIT! Just realized you’re flying into San Juan! Enjoy some Bacardi while you’re there!
  16. Finally received the infamous email, but when I tried to acknowledge, it said my time had expired. It was like three seconds from when I opened the email and clicked on the acknowledgment link. Others have had similar issues and say a second email was received and they successfully acknowledged. So far, no second email. We leave on Millie in one week. Perhaps we’ll have something to sign when we check in at the port?
  17. I would guess under $100 for Uber. We used it to go from MIA to FLL last April, and as I recall the price wasn’t too bad and we needed the service.
