I'm sorry to hear about your niece Jen's falls Sandi. A good friend of Pauline's husband died falling down stairs and a childhood friend of hers also died falling down stairs. When I was a child I fell down stairs and fractured my wrist.

Hi Pat. We took Pauline's mam on several cruises in her 80s and her last for her 90th birthday so hopefully you have many more cruises to look forward to.

I hope you two stay safe and well Pat as well as everyone else on your cruise. On our 14 night Canary Islands cruise in November there was an emergency ambulance at the gangway of every port we called at.

My thoughts are with you both Avril. Kalos has given you excellent advice and Josys information about her husbands recovery from heart failure 19 years ago gives us all hope. Having an early diagnosis Frank can get the care and medication to vastly improve his heart condition. My heart attack 4 years ago was a shock but it was minor and caught early thankfully and I got treatment and medication. Best wishes Graham.
