  1. The tender being used at GC looks like an easy off. Was it easy to board? Last time I was there we had a much smaller tender boat.
  2. I was on Anthem a couple weeks ago and all was fine. The problems that were occurring in March do not seem to be an issue now.
  3. If you are in balcony cabin there really isn't much space to host a party for a large group. Seating would be number issue. Usually 2 balcony chairs and small sofa that would hold 2 people. Others standing or sitting on bed would be awkward. Plenty of better places to meet and hang out on a ship.
  4. Anthem is scheduled to do their TA in coming weeks. Starlink is currently up and running on Anthem. Maybe jump on their roll call and ask if anyone getting the voom pkg can report back to you.
  5. I found https://www.specialneedsatsea.com/ To have the best pricing. I think it was $215 for our 7 night cruise on Oasis. Well worth it!!
  6. Would it help if he rented an electric scooter? Eric was stubborn last August but was very happy he had the scooter after his broken sacrum.
  7. Baltimore is one of the easiest ports. We have sailed out of Balt. Several times. Drive down for us is a little over 2 hrs. Sometimes we drive in same day. Sometimes we go 1 or 2 days early and stay inner harbor. Depends on time of year. We had earned onboard on our Anthem sailing in March 13 pages of cruises to pick from and a nice 12 night sailing on vision was one of them. The cost to upgrade to a GS was very cheap but I wouldn't be able to get off work. Sad about that as it was a great itinerary in December. Mixed reviews on Vision. Have never sailed her. Have sailed grandeur a couple times and suspect they are very similar.
  8. Mine just showed up today. Hubby's has been there for days too.
  9. I do not consider locking in a rate stiffing anyone. In addition to royals $16 or $17.50 tip for suites we occasionally get, we are generous cash tippers with various crew.
  10. Strange, but not surprising with Royals IT people. I received an email confirming my prime membership for new casino year but still do not see the comp on the clubroyaleoffer site.
  11. IMO, he should be just fine with bringing his US birth certificate and proof of legal name change with original sealed document you mention as long as they matches his valid DL. If your sailing stops in Colombian, every passenger must have a valid passport or they will be denied boarding. From Royal's FAQ page:
  12. I typically pay per day while onboard but most recently we booked a cruise for early 2025 and I put the current pre-pay grats on as I suspect they will have another increase by then so we should be locked into the current rate by doing this.
  13. As long as the rules didn't change this year, the sail date must be on or before 3.31.24
  14. Hi Sharon, Welcome aboard😃 We love John and all your precious Grandchildren, especially Kenzie. I Hope to meet both of you on a cruise someday. You must be getting excited about your cruise to Hawaii. I know I am and look forward to John's photos. God Bless you and your Family🙏❤
  15. I came home from work to find Eric put the heat back on today. He's always cold too. I wasn't happy. Thursday is suppose to be back in mid to high 70s.
  16. We have done this itinerary several times, various times of the year. Day 2 in early May will start out a little chilly in the morning but we have been at the pool many times by afternoon. We just had high 80s and 90 degree weather in Pa and NJ last week so you never know.
