  1. They don’t sell those on board
  2. There’s no external area. You have a room with a window. No balcony.
  3. They don’t have much inventory, as a general rule. And if you would be lucky enough to find the very same item, you would always save money on the ship, because there is no sales tax. But they probably would not have the most up-to-date items on the ship.
  4. They will give your wife a key to your room but won’t switch out the benefits. it might not make sense to you but as the saying goes their game, their rules
  5. Blu is never open for lunch, as you know, and your choices are few sushi MIGHT be open? the buffet definitely will be open, and Aqua Spa Cafe, too
  6. I agree….Celebrity has caused the apprehension and is doing nothing about it…..
  7. So what about Eclipse? Was that just a rumor? Supposition? SWAG?
  8. It is way, way,way too early for Celebrity or anyone to be making any decisions about ports of call and docking locations. This is an ongoing situation.
  9. A single report from one ship and people are jumping to all sorts of conclusions😳😜🙄😵‍💫🫠
  10. Not hardly, since it’s been that way since to the very beginning of the happy hour program.
  11. I’m confused. So they list “no extension cords” but they don’t mean “no extension cords”?
  12. There are no cloth drapes, but there is a shade that rolls down in front of the window, a metal shade as I recall. The bifold doors are not room darkening.
  13. Celebrity does have issues with extensions cords and often confiscates them.
  14. I want had a bad experience taking a taxi to the airport in Fort Lauderdale. I didn’t have much cash with me and was planning on using my credit card to pay for the cab ride. The cab displayed the symbol for credit cards, but when I got to the airport, the driver said that he couldn’t accept a credit card, and could only take cash. I can’t remember now if he said that his credit card machine was broken or what was the problem. I had enough for the fair, but he didn’t get a tip as I recall. From then on, I decided to take pre-paid transportation, whenever possible.
  15. They are very bad at answering email, but you probably knew that already. What were you asking?
  16. You can buy a lot of specialty restaurants or shore excursions for a somewhat reduced view
  17. I think they only give double points when you pay for double occupancy. In this case the second passenger (or his insurance) pays for the second fare, not you
  18. The OP is not booking through Celebrity Shore Excursions so ought to be able to customize the tour to avoid tourist traps and junk shops
  19. Txtechmk, You don’t say which port, but it is highly unlikely that the ship will prepare such a meal for you. Pack a candy bar or a granola bar, have a big breakfast, and don’t take a chance on breaking local laws
  20. Ummm….thank you but I don’ think it answers the OP’s question
  21. What Richyak wrote is Highly likely. But whether or not some of what was given to the waiter and assistant waiter made its way to the supervisor, the fact that the Maitre D was, for all intents and purposes “invisible” meant that they were busy elsewhere and that your table was not in need of their oversight. Seeing the supervisor often might just mean that things are not going well and they must stay nearby to keep a watchful eye on that section.
