  1. You will have no problem. Also in Retreat they have a Bartender and will try to keep an eye on drinks. Remember though that you may have to wait a little. When they have an event they often bring on additional help.
  2. I found that if I logged out of the app. Killed the app and then opened and signed in again my app is back to normal.
  3. My observation is that they have 1-2 servers at the Retreat at all times and they check often for drink orders as well as come around with treats all day. During lunch they come around and take order for their limited lunch menu. The Revolutionized S-Class and the E-Class have a bar and a bartender on duty most of the time so you could sit at the Bar if you choose or anywhere and the attendants will take you drink requests.
  4. I agree about LA. I thought I would take some patience with me after viewing those videos. Hopefully Celebrity will have control outside the terminal and only let those in withing their check-in time. We were doing a B2B via Boston and went out for the day. The terminal was a mess and heard many complaints that lines were so long they finally blocked more people from coming into terminal. Even as a in-Transit we had to wait on a line of about 50 to go through security and no one knew what an In-transit was and were wanting to see our Express Pass. We finally got through.
  5. I enjoyed it very much. The only problem we had was that some were trying to extend their jogging and were running above the room. A couple calls for all the Signature Suite guests put an end to it and they blocked it with a barrier. Loved the private hallway with key access. Very quiet and can say I really felt much in the way of movement.
  6. I've both sent messages as well as phone calls. I believer you need premium to send photos.
  7. Hope your trip wasn't disrupted too bad I was watching the reports this morning using a VPN so I could watch the Halifax News live. Looks like some areas got slammed really bad.
  8. I've found that the ships are really inconsistent.
  9. You asked in the Solstice thread which is the reason for my answer. FLL - Terminal 25 Suites can arrive any time after around 11:00 - There is a separate door to enter with no lines and they zip you through security and up to a private lounge where you sit down and they check you in. As soon as the ship is released you are invited aboard or escorted if in an upper suite. Even if you were to leave from the other terminal in FLL they have it setup so Suite Guests have no delay.
  10. I think there are chair hogs on all ships even when there is no need. I've never seen a lack of chairs in Retreat be seen people stake out a couple chairs that are shaded early morning and never show up until after noon even when no one is at the retreat.
  11. Was on Summit for a TA to Iceland and then the Canada cruise on Summit. All 3 were at about 95+% I believe capacity is dependent on location, and timing. I was checking on a B2B I have booked on Solstice 12/3 and 12/11 both are currently full to almost fully booked in Retreat Class but the full ship currently at about 2/3 capacity. I would expect cruises for Thanksgiving and Xmas to be near full.
  12. I've never sailed out of Port of LA either so looked at a couple YouTube Videos. While not Celebrity I suspect it will be as chaotic. Looks like there is no priority or checking of times to get into the terminal and the security lines but from what I could see they then have different area for different priorities and Suites. I suspect that 11-11:30 will be very chaotic and then may calm down. We are on a B2B so will be able to give a last minute update after we board for the 12/3 cruise. And here's another
  13. I think you are correct I just looked on Cruisemapper an shower her at the Port in LA
  14. I've been on the tenders on Edge Class and while they do use the Magic Carpet I've never seen them lift a mobility scooter into the tender. The crew would have to physically lift the scooter into and out of the tender like any other tendering. Having said that I think that contacting Special Need would be best to give you a definitive answer.
  15. I doubt it. Another Kelly miss in the suites. They have a rectangular holder glued to the tub and no drainage in it so the room attendants have to use a towel to get the water out of the little trays everytime the shower is used.
  16. I noticed that also and the stateroom attendant brought me some bar soap. Did the job.
  17. I may be wrong but I think it was in AQ also. Difficult to tell for me as I'm a Zenith and they often give us the premium products that the Penthouse get regardless of class. Maybe others could comment.
  18. Things seem to be doing well as of late. I will be applying for mine on Monday. I figured I would file for a B2B in December and a B3B in March at the same time. Will be interesting to see if I'm as lucky to get a fast response.
  19. If you booked with a refundable deposit you could shift it or cancel it with 100% refund of deposit if a U.S. Booking. Even if a non-refundable the penalty to move it is $100 pp but the sometimes waive it
  20. They system is still flaky --- I tried to do a mock booking and every classification on the ship shows unavailable but when I just checked on another site the ship is on 2/3 booked and all classifications are available. I also tried a mock booking on a cruise 2 years out and got the same results. So much for their Big Sale if no one can book it on their site.
  21. One additional requirement, as I've seen it mentioned before, is that a woman who changed her name when married may have to have a Marriage Certificate that links her name on DL to her Birth Certificate.
  22. Thanks for the Menu - Looks basically like everything that they have on the Buffet table
  23. Reflection has an additional floor than all the other S-Class ships but no additional seating for Luminae, Blu and MDR. Causes waiting time even in Luminae when dining late. The ship also definetly feels more crowded with an addition passengers Maximum Capacity Reflection 3,480 Maximum Capacity Equinox 3, 148 Maximum Capacity Silhouette 3,182 (post revolution Maximum Capacity Solstice 3,148
  24. That's nice. An evening reception might be a nice change.
