It was a Viking excursion. I will look and see if I can find the name of it. We were on cruise from Bergen to Amsterdam " Viking Shores and Fjords . Meals on excursions are usually a waste of time IMO BUT this was a fantastic meal... great fish in a lovely hotel venue on the water!
