  1. Agree with all of this (except we have a favorite spot by the Oasis Pool and use vouchers but same idea).
  2. Yes but the two had nothing to do with one another. We don't care about our cabin much at all and used to book almost nothing but interior GTY's. In 2022, when the bar code trick showed that we would be on deck 3 on Indy (one of the few places we truly prefer not to be) we placed a couple tiny bids on small upgrades to increase our chances of getting off deck 3. At the time, chances were I could have just switched to another available interior for free once officially assigned but when I say small bids, I mean under $25pp. We ended up winning a promenade interior.
  3. I haven't seen anyone mention that ANY ship has added a 3rd dining time (yet).
  4. By all means do whatever makes you feel comfortable. I’m not here to convince you otherwise. Just be aware it’s not always about saving money. There are tons of experiences in most ports not offered directly by Royal.
  5. Shows are as subjective as food... but add me to the "hated Voices" group.
  6. Yeah, the full enclosure makes sense... choosing not to make it cooler in there... not so much.
  7. It's partly because Wonder was designed for Asia, not the Caribbean... Covid changed that. It's also supposedly climate controlled (i.e. there's A/C) but we also found it warm at times last month. We never ever sit on the main pool deck but 2 days we found a little corner in total shade away from the traffic and not actually next to the pools to lounge in so we could get a breeze.
  8. I would have booked in person and mentioned it then... but sure. I'm sure it will work out one way or another since you booked onboard for night 2 so don't sweat it. Enjoy dinner!
  9. Very. There are USB ports in both your nightstand lamp base and by the desk. There are numerous cabin videos on YouTube that will show you all that stuff.
  10. We're using Rony in early June. We had a tour booked with him in 2019 but sadly missed Roatan due to high winds. Like the other poster, I've had good e-mail correspondence with his company both times. They will customize your tour however you want. You're not limited to what's listed on his website.
  11. Sorry, let me clarify... it's not that she finds it good or has a dying desire to eat boring grilled chicken on vacation... it's that it's literally the only entree on the MDR dinner menu (besides the kids menu) that she would even try on 4 of the 7 current menus on Wonder, lol. She's just that picky.
  12. I can eat anything and don’t love the MDR in general but night one is one of my picky wife’s grilled chicken nights (b/c she won't eat anything else) and I won’t be stuffed yet so we’re likely going that route as well. Just turned D+ and looking forward the added perks.
  13. You can just book one dinner (for either night 1 or 2) and pay for one of you and the other will eat for free. If you want to take full advantage and use both BOGO's, then yes, you would likely have to eat both tonight and tomorrow night... unless whomever you deal with is willing to be flexible. You can certainly ask for nights 2 and 5. The worst that can happen is they tell you it must be night 1 and 2.
  14. That's b/c whatever sale you were looking at has ended.
  15. The BOGO is meant to be booked onboard for nights 1 and 2 only. It is not meant to apply to anything booked pre-cruise nor for any other nights. That said, you may or may not get someone to let you use them for another night but many people have said RC has become pretty strict about the night 1 and 2 part. I would address this tonight if I were you. Enjoy your cruise on my favorite ship!
  16. Maybe I'm misunderstanding but the espresso in the CL is from a self-serve machine, no vouchers needed. That machine is my 2nd favorite perk after the vouchers.
  17. That's subjective. It's special to me. I enjoyed some of the CL snacks on Wonder 2 weeks ago.
  18. You should be able to find one via google.
  19. Not 2024 but I was there in late October, 2023. Positives: It was very peaceful with plenty of shade (we got there pretty early and pretty much had our choice of palapas). Service wasn't perfect but it was fine. Negatives: Frozen drinks were terrible. Icy and lacking in flavor. I switched to margaritas which were weak but otherwise fine. Food was edible but underwhelming. Giving Paradise Beach a try this summer.
  20. Sorry, typical app inconsistency I guess. I can see mine for my June cruise.
  21. The safety tab doesn't appear until much closer to your cruise now. Go to "Day 1" in the "My Calendar" section. You should find "Guest Safety Briefing" listed. Click on that and it will show you "B3 - Royal Theater" or whatever yours is. NOTE: If you don't see it, try switching to another day and going back to day 1. Hope this helps.
  22. It's $38.99 for my June and July Wonders. It was $19.99-26.99 for last week's depending on the sale. Prices are all over the map.
  23. Yes, but certain add-ins (like protein powder I guess, I don't know much about that stuff) may cost extra. I do know I took my niece to get a basic smoothie there before and she used a voucher.
