  1. RT&T uses Microsoft Teams. You can either download it (if need be) or just click the provided link and it will open in a browser. I didn't ask about phone b/c I knew I was going to use a laptop. FWIW, they have a live chat feature if you'd like to ask questions. They were very friendly and responsive when I chatted with them.
  2. Sorry to hear that. Our server was amazing (same exact day as you know) and brought us food and drinks non-stop in a very quick manner. We thought he was one of the best staff members we came across. He even got us the chicken sandwiches, mozz sticks, and funnel cakes from the snack shack in addition to high end beach club food b/c we asked based on our previous visit.
  3. Yes, I am leaving on a Friday. You are correct that you can't test before Friday.
  4. Good to hear. We are using them next Wednesday and I had already asked in advance if the same proctor could handle both my wife & I and the answer was of course yes, just let the proctor know.
  5. Working now. Yeah, figured it was one of the countless Royal IT glitches.
  6. Thanks but I already posted that. Appreciate the response regardless. Not worried, just curious.
  7. When click on the "view boarding pass" link under my next cruise (9 days out) in my account on the website, I'm getting a mostly blank page instead of the page with links to my set sail pass and luggage tags. Same issue in multiple browsers. Anyone else having this issue? Yes I know I can get my luggage tags from the docs PDF and I can get my set sail pass in the app, just curious.
  8. November Climate & Weather Averages in Berry Islands High Temp: 83 °F Low Temp: 71 °F Mean Temp: 77 °F Precipitation: 0.91" Humidity: 76% Dew Point: 68 °F Wind: 9 mph Pressure: 30.03 "Hg Visibility: 8 mi That's where Cococay is if that wasn't clear.
  9. You can always look at the current sailing in the app to give you a rough idea.
  10. I saw one or two in the WJ on Harmony 5/29. Didn't notice any on the MDR or CK menu.
  11. There is but I'm not sure what it is exactly. For specialty restaurants it says 2 hours in the calendar section of the app/cruise planner. Maybe it's listed under your MTD reservations?
  12. We're definitely planning to have burgers there one night but I'll be in to try drinks early on.
  13. I'm fairly introverted in real life but I'll see what I can do. If it gets me a free cookie I'll talk to him for an hour! 😁 She's a Suite Lounge concierge, right? It's only the DL for us this cruise. The suite on Harmony was a one time thing (which became a two time thing since my wife's parents booked us another family cruise on Wonder next June).
  14. They definitely checked our test dates on Harmony out of PC on 5/29, twice in fact. Clearly this stuff varies greatly from port to port.
  15. Should I refer to you as "John, the guy who tried to push his UDP to the limit"?
  16. Same experience for us on Harmony 5/29. We got new ones midway through the week and the print changed from white to black IIRC.
  17. If you use the app you can just grab your arrival time and do the rest later. You can also scan your passport instead of typing it in. The big caveat of course is that the app has to actually be working. 🤣
  18. There's a list when you go to schedule your appointments, but that list also includes an "other" option and you type in the name of your test if it's not on their pre-made list of 8 or so. In other words, you can use any legit test you want there. They also have a live chat feature and the chat rep I spoke to was very helpful and responsive if you'd like to ask them anything directly.
  19. rapidtestandtrace.com requires no installation of apps. They use Microsoft Teams but you can just click on a link and it will open in your browser if you don't want to download it. https://rapidtestandtrace.com/product/observed-test-for-travel/
  20. Unsolicited additional advice… add as much land time if you can. Really long review of my 2018 trip when we did 10 days on land before Radiance if you’re interested. Nothing against the ports but some of our bigger highlights came before the cruise.
  21. Can't speak to Enchantment specifically, but I can say dropping down below Voyager class for the first time can be quite an experience. Not having a promenade makes the ship feel very different and a bit claustrophobic for me. That said, we sailed Radiance in Alaska in 2018 and that's the one place I didn't really care b/c we were there to see Alaska, not the ship... whereas the ship is as important as anything to us when we sail the Caribbean.
  22. Yep, we always have a few bags in the cabin... sitting next to the big ziploc I bring to keep my RC cookies in. 😁 Sure they have them all over the ship but sometimes you don't want to leave the room.
  23. I remember you saying that more than once before my 5/29 sailing. Had a few lunches there but wound up sticking with the extended family who prefer to be served and didn't get to check out the WJ for "2nd dinner" as often as I usually do on family cruises. Can't exactly complain though since I wasn't paying and we were in a suite. Back to the WJ in 12 days, but on Indy.
