But do you think we will get the bottles of wine for our D+ that we get on cruises now? Because we wouldn’t even bring a bottle on then. We’re on 2 consecutive mini segments.
Of course…. But when I think of generic USB ports in hotels, for example, I’m thinking of the USB that I have built into my outlets in the kitchen that I use for my phone, kindle, headphones, etc… I assume that’s USB A….. I know what C is, that’s for my iPad.
why would you think supply issues. We have no problem getting as much on land as we want.
I also have never seen anything but whole milk poured into the machine.
Now I’m wondering….we’re on 2 segments and as our D+ level we get 2 bottles of wine on cruises. So is that not the case for the segments? Not that we really need it because we get 5 drinks each daily and I never use all mine,
we didn’t get any excursions that I was aware of…..
While I can’t answer your question directly, I do recall on a recent cruise we were on to the Panama Canal, in one country they weren’t allowed to open the bars on the ship while we were in port, except for the bar by the pool. I don’t remember which country had that law.
We get 3 bottles of water each, and 2 bottles of wine for our level. I chose the wine when I was onboard and stopped at the LA desk. Of course there are a number of other gifts to choose from.
We were on Jewel, Serenade and Brilliance this year so far and each time my DH ran the CPAP cord under the bed and we attached it to the ext cord that our room steward brought that we plugged in, and the cord was on the rug for just about 6-8 inches between the corner of the bed and by the TV on the desk. During the day we unplugged it on 2 of the ships. On one, the room steward taped the cord to the rug so we wouldn’t trip on it.
My absolute favorite is the white chocolate, cranberry, macadamia cookies….. I hardly ever see them anymore. I check every day. I guess they’re too expensive 😕
There are singlerooms outside the MDR on deck 4. When we departed they have everyone wrap around the MDR, and we walk off past the single rooms, I got a good view of a couple of them when we got off Jewel. The ones we saw were inside rooms, but it’s possible they had others, we didn’t see them, I just wanted you to know they do have them on Radiance class ships
Yes, security in ports is like the same kind as when flying, but with different rules, since you can carry on all the liquids you want (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc)
Unfortunately Royal no longer seems to stop in Kauai on the Hawaii to Vancouver route and only makes 1 stop in the Big Island.
We’ve done 2 Hawaii cruises on Royal and we really really want to do another……I hope I see that itinerary again and I’ll grab it…
