  1. Oh thanks I was sure last year we could book the Olive grove, our arrival time is 3.30 so it looks like it could be fully booked for that night, by the time we get on board
  2. 14 days till our Iona cruise and can’t book olive grove or glass house but can book the others.
  3. Yay so happy we have our first choice of QG suite on Queen Anne in November.

Thanks really enjoyed reading your review, we are also Cunarders Diamond members and have been seriously considering Fred for a while now, we were especially looking for a cruise departing from Newcastle but are also considering a January 24 cruise to the canaries which I now feel confident we will book.
  6. Yes we will definitely be booking QG on Queen Anne whatever the itinerary.
  7. Hi we are on then next two cruises after yours B2B and so excited too a special treat as were in QG.
  8. Hi just had an email from P&O explaining that my peninsula club is all correct now and up to date the reason for the confusion was I had been allocated two different numbers very happy now I am in the next tier and have more discount it’s taken three weeks but all sorted now.
  9. Thanks very much Graham, just checked my records and I still have all the info and what I should have checked first was my peninsular number which has been changed so fingers crossed I will try again, have a good weekend.

Hi have noticed on my cruise history that two past cruises and one future cruise are missing this will now start to impact my loyalty discount, I have emailed twice and phoned twice in the last month but nothing has been changed does anyone have any advice as too how I can get this resolved thank you.

  15. Where does it say you get 10% discount if you pre pay for the drinks package I can’t find anywhere.😬

We are diamond status and cruised many times in QG but in the Q5 Q6 grades because we love being at the aft of the ship we were first in the queue for lunch when we embarked in April and asked for a window table but were told they all been allocated so we assume it’s got to be the cabin grade your in.
  17. Totally agree we will be changing future cruises to fixed dinning late sitting. Some evenings on Arcadia we were dinning even later than that, it’s a shame freedom dinning is not working well as it’s great when it does.
  18. Hopefully it will be like that when we’re onboard we usually like to eat at around 7pm 😀 first time on Aurora and so looking forward to it.
  19. Thinking we should now just stick to club dinning at least you know what time you’ll be eating, too early or too late 😂
  20. On our Arcadia June cruise, we were given pagers for breakfast lunch and dinner, unbelievable.

We’ve always opted for freedom dinning where possible on all our cruises, and just can’t fathom out why we only have a problem with freedom on Arcadia 🤔 we are boarding Aurora on Tuesday and Arcadia again in December so hopefully it will be better organised by then, we did speak to a couple of couples who had managed to get ( fixed dinning) same table for two, same time at 7.30 in the freedom restaurant, and that’s not what I would call freedom dinning.
  22. You will NOT be allowed inside the terminal for a seat, cup of tea or toilet facilities

I can fully understand they need to be more strict with timings with the larger ships due to the number of passengers but not with Arcadia and Aurora, and the added worry now that I have only 15 minutes to board is not making me look forward to the whole boarding process, not a good way to start your holiday,
