  1. We booked a guaranteed balcony cabin it’s our first cruise with MSC so not sure what to expect, only booked last week at a bargain price so will be happy with whatever we are allocated 😄

  4. Hi it’s really odd I’ve completed check in and still haven’t got my cabin allocated on the MSC app it’s telling me to contact my agent but doesn’t say if my tickets are ready, unfortunately the travel agents I’ve booked through do not have a very good reputation silly me.

  7. Just tried all that and where it says E- ticket I click on and it says to contact out travel agent which I’ve done only to be told no tickets ready yet, hopefully they will be soon before we leave.🫣

Hi all still waiting for my cabin allocation for my Virtuosa sailing on the 10th Sept, how can I access my tickets if the cabin is not yet allocated have requested them from my TA but they say they are not ready yet would like them sooner rather than later as leaving home at the weekend and won’t have access to a printer 🤔
  9. Hi we usually cruise on Cunard and know what to expect, but not sure about MSC and what nationality would the passengers be, and not ever had any sexual nights on any of our cruises.😂

  11. Thanks for the replies John and Bob, I’m astonished that different reps can say and do different things, that’s so unfair, my daughter is a solo passengers so always pays well over the odds for the privileged, will get her to phone again next week.

  13. Daughter just phoned P&O for BLC obc for her 4 future cruises already booked only to be told it must be claimed when you make the booking and can’t be added at a later date.

  15. Hi we’re sailing on the Virtuosa to Scandinavia next week and not sure how dressy the formal nights will be don’t want to be the only couple dressed in dinner suit and evening dress

  18. Hi I’m slightly confused about covid testing requirements we are fully vaccinated and had two boosters, so do we now still need to do a covid test before embarking our cruise from Southampton to Northern Europe,
  19. I’m sailing on the Virtuoso next week and assumed we had fixed Dinning but on my travel agents invoice it says we’ve been allocated Dynamic dinning which I’d never heard of before !

  21. Where in Southampton can you print out your completed health questionnaire as we leave home the day before we embark so won’t have access to our printer is it correct MSC require the form to be filled out 6 hours prior to boarding?
  22. Hi have been assigned Dynamic Dinning can anyone tell me what this means I can’t find any info on MSC website.
  23. Hi we used to arrive at the Britannia restaurant at 7,45 each evening and we requested the same table each evening which we were allocated and were very happy with. The restaurant for second sitting was open from7,45 till 9pm and you could choose a different table and companions if you wanted.The ship was not sailing at full capacity so not sure if this arrangement will continue or revert back to the traditional two set sittings which we had last week on the QV.
  24. I think it’s probably down to staffing levels, we were on the QE in April and late sitting freedom dinning was available and we loved it.
