What beautiful memories for you to have, we always buy one photo when we’re on a cruise but we especially want a professional one taken for our next cruise on Arcadia next week.

Hi we were in QG on QV in May and had the most fantastic experience in our opinion everything was as good as pre covid some trivial items missing from our suite but just ask and you will get, we were absolutely not disappointed with anything, in fact booked two more QG cruises whilst on board can’t wait to go again. All the staff in the QG were amazing and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us 👍

Yes will do but there just not quite as good as one taken by a professional photographer 🫣

Hi Fionboard thanks for replying but I’m disappointed we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last month onboard Queen Victoria and wanted a special photo but no photographer onboard, but I was hoping we could pretend it was our special day onboard Arcadia so we could have a photo taken together, never mind I’m sure there will be other opportunities.

Oh dear that doesn’t sound good at all, hope you are fully recovered and can maybe try to enjoy the rest of your cruise,we are due on the Arcadia on the 6th June and can honestly say after reading all the bad reviews I’m really not looking forward to it at all only option available now would be to cancel 😨

Hi we had a cabin 8136 last time on QE and we were very disappointed because the corridor and our cabin always had really bad cooking smells from the lido grill above, we complained quite a few times but unfortunately the smell was always there when the lido grill was open wouldn’t book that cabin location again, maybe starboard side would be ok.

Hi we had exactly the same issues with our 3 Cunard voyages booked this year 2 booked direct and one with a TA after 4 weeks we have managed to get the problem solved we phoned Cunard and asked for the issue to be escalated to the IT department who had never had this issue before ( really ) we stressed that our cruise was a celebration for our golden wedding in a Queens grill suite and found this whole episode to be distressing and not the build up to our holiday we wanted to experience so keep phoning and pestering they can solve the issue, good luck.

Fantastic, hopefully ours won’t be too much longer, we got our cabin allocation yesterday and very much surprised and delighted with an upgrade to a deluxe balcony cabin, the only time we’ve ever had a free upgrade.

Hi elmsliebev, oops senior moment 😂 our cruise on Virtuosa is 10th March, we’re back on Cunard in April doing a B2B cruise celebrating our wedding anniversary 🤗 and on P& O Aurora in October to the Caribbean, but will definitely be slipping in a few other’s in between and will happily be open to try other cruise lines.

Hi we booked two weeks ago and it’s our third cruise with MSC we usually book Cunard our favourite or P&O. MSC is very different more casual and go with an open mind, you will enjoy. We live just outside Durham and know Chester-le+ street very well.

Hopefully we’ll get them soon we booked direct with MSC or maybe our will be available when we have our cabin allocation 🤔

Hi we’ve checked in, added our credit card uploaded our photos but still no ticket or cabin allocation we sail on 3rd March, when are the tickets usually available ?

Yay got my tickets and boarding pass plus luggage labels with no cabin number on, but slightly concerned as to how will the staff know which cabin to send it to or will we have to collect it ourselves.
