  1. I was so lucky for so many years to go to Disneyland and Disney World for free. As a member of an ABC owned affiliate television station which is owned by Disney I could get up to 4 tickets free every time we visited. It saved us so much money. When we would take Jonathan a couple of times he was under three which would get him in for free. We would take the extra two tickets and just give them away to some random family walking up to the ticket booth. I can't tell you the joy I saw on their faces to get two free tickets.
  2. I can post when I hear from John exactly what he wants to do. I think he will wait till he and Laura are off the World Cruise to start planning for the Bella cruises.
  3. Were the drinks better than your first night with their Zombie? Wow that cruise went by way too fast. Thanks for taking us along and doing a great job as usual.
  4. Curious to know with the UDP do you need to make reservations for lunch on sea days as well as your dinner reservations?
  5. I have never eaten at Peter Lugers but I have seen them featured in some tv shows. Their steaks look incredible. Can’t wait to hear about your dinner. When is your cruise?
  6. @Ozark_Kid I am sorry Finnley is having breathing problems. I will keep her in my thoughts for a speedy recovery.
  7. Now that is really strange. I have never seen the Schooner Bar closed at that time. I wonder if it was a staffing issue or something else. A traditional Zombie is made with Rum not Tequila. If done right it's really good but it does have a lot of ingredients. I have a feeling they tried a twist but was not successful. If you want a real Zombie here is the recipe: 3/4 cup crushed ice 1 1/2 ounces aged Jamaican rum, such as Appleton Estate V/X or Extra 1 1/2 ounces gold Puerto Rican rum 1 ounce 151-proof Lemon Hart Demerara rum 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 2 teaspoons white grapefruit juice 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Syrup 1 teaspoon Grenadine 1/2 ounce falernum 1/8 teaspoon Pernod 1 dash aromatic bitters, such as angostura Ice cubes 1 mint sprig, for garnish Instructions: Place all ingredients except ice cubes and mint sprig in a blender. Blend on high until frothy but not slushy, no more than 5 seconds. Pour into a tall, narrow glass and add ice cubes to fill the glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. A little history behind the "Zombie." Don Beach the inventor of tiki with his LA bar Don the Beachcomber was working in the bar one morning when a man in a suit came in and looked very hung over. He asked Don if he could make him a cocktail to get him ready for a business meeting. Don went to work and created the "Zombie" as he thought the businessman looked like he was from the dead. The man loved the cocktail and it perked him right up from his hangover. Don put it on the menu but limited two per customer because of the very high alcohol content.
  8. Happy Embarkation day. Let’s get this Anniversary celebration going! I think a celebratory glass of champagne is in order for you and Susan. Cheers!
  9. I hope you start feeling better Patti. I know it must be frustrating. Hang in there. I am thinking of you.
  10. I love AirTags they give me peace of mind. I remember being in Miami waiting for the luggage on the carousel. My first bag showed up early but it seemed like forever before my second bag showed up. I would have been worried that the bag did not make it but my phone showed the bag was in baggage area close to me. Finally it came out on carousel.
