  1. Beautiful church Graham. My father was a architect who mainly designed churches. He would often take me to the job site as a young boy. I have a soft spot for beautifully designed churches.
  2. Well that was traumatic. Kylar the cat went missing last night and we could not find him this morning. We knew he was still in the house but somehow the door to the garage was left ajar. We looked out there last night but could not find him. Then this morning we looked all over the house and then went back into the garage. We heard a faint meow. Now grant you my garage is a total disaster but we eventually found him under our large rack shelving that houses all my Christmas stuff. Of course he was scared and would not come out. Finally he did but then ran to another part of garage where we lost him again. Eventually we found him under an old chair. It took over 4 hours to coax him back into the house. What a pain in the you know what that was. Our fault for not properly closing the door out to garage but he is now safe inside the house.
  3. I hope to not disappoint. Yes I'm bummed you will not be joining us but I have a feeling we will be doing more of these get together cruises.
  4. Great stuff. Oh man I really like those shoes. You have gotten me hooked.
  5. That would be great. I think (I hope) he will remember me. We had some real good conversations in the bar. The Baton Rouge was a cocktail in the old Schooner Bar menu It's basically Capt. Morgan spiced rum with Hennessy Cognac and pear syrup. It's really tasty.
  6. Do me a favor and go to the Schooner Bar. There should be a bartender named "Norver" Tell him Sea Dog Greg says hi and have him make you a "Baton Rouge 2.0". He will know what to do. Great guy.
  7. I wore mine for the first time on our Symphony cruise. Loved them. Very comfortable and looked stylish in a variety of outfits.
  8. Stay tuned next week for my "Live" review on Liberty. It will not be as intensive as this but I hope to have some good information.
  9. Boy that went fast. I really enjoyed your live review great job. Safe travels home and congratulations to Owen!
  10. Thank you for this information. I like to have a good idea how things will work on embarkation day. I'm pretty sure Liberty will be at 100% and it will be lot's of people who don't show up at their assigned arrival times. It will be a mad house.
  11. I'm glad you mentioned that. After looking at several maps I may have made a tactical error in that I see the express lot (not covered) is right next to the Royal Terminal where as the garage ( where I booked and is covered) is more in front of terminal 1. It looks like we will have quite a hike to get across the street and then over to terminal 2. Did you make this walk? How bad was it with luggage? Are there good signs to tell you where to go? First time for us in Galveston.
  12. Yes I think they taste better. Our server also said they marinate the steaks overnight so that could help with the great flavor.
  13. Surf and turf was awesome a couple of weeks ago. The filet tastes so much better grilled over open flame.
