Last Friday night I drank some bourbon and slept most of the night. I’d love to not have to drink every night just to sleep. Tonight I will have a few glasses. I will be nervous all week leading up to the game. I don’t have any idea who will win. I get it on retirement. It’s hard to figure out when to go. The select is a good bottle. You have good taste. I agree. I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night. I was miserable.

Thank Sue. Great advice. I will talk to my doctor about it. Mine seems to also be caused because I am working and stretching my quadriceps in therapy 3 times a week and those muscles are fatigued and sore from their workout. I’m also very tight and my doctor suggested I consider going to a place like stretch lab where they can manipulate my legs.

My brother does the procedure and says the results are incredible. Hopefully some day insurance companies will get on board. My right knee replacement was over $60K. You would think insurance companies would like to save that money.

I was going to have this done by my doctor brother but after a MRI showed a torn Meniscus, torn ACL, bone spurs and severe arthritis my brother said the stem cell bone marrow transplant would not help me. The studies are very promising and people who have had it done swear by it. Unfortunately it’s not covered by insurance. My brother would do it at cost but it would still be over $3k.

We may try muscle relaxers but wanted me to stop the Gabipentin (for nerve pain) first to see if that helped. Yes I’ve tried it and it did not help. Yes that is on February 14th in a couple of weeks.

Thank you it’s frustrating but I’m hopeful that it will not last forever.

Thank you ! I wish I could say I am getting better sleeps but I’m not. Horrible restless leg syndrome at night that consists of a dull ache and heavy tired feeling in my leg muscles. Very frustrating.
