  1. And you can have drinks not on the list of included cocktails, such as martinis and Manhattans, as long as you specify that they be made with “included spirits.”
  2. There is no limit, but please drink responsibly! 😉
  3. I will admit that I canceled a cruise in the midst of all of the IT mess, but I will certainly be back once things are back on an even keel. I still love the cruise line.
  4. The only real difference is that the newest member of the fleet, the Onward, has replaced the library (The Drawing Room) with the Atlas Bar, a specialty cocktail bar. Other than that, all of the ships are similar, so go with the itinerary.
  5. They are twins and they have been going there since they were 1st year students, so they never spent any time at the old high school. One thing they like is that it is easily walkable to their home and the old high school would have been a bus ride away. My DH taught in the “toxic” school for 16 years, so we are just hoping that he will not have health problems from that down the road!
  6. https://fb.watch/kO6WAVmwDs/?mibextid=Nif5oz My grandsons’ high school in Burlington, Vermont!
  7. I’m still waiting for a FCC to be ISSUED that I would like to use against a future cruise.
  8. I got that one too, and the prices looked really good. But when I started a mock booking for a veranda, the pricing started much higher than the starting prices listed when just looking at the cruise.
  9. Nice to know that there are some complimentary ones!
  10. Thanks! I found it. I actually was surprised to receive this since I booked with a TA and pay though them, but since I did I can see the anchor thingy.
  11. How does one know in advance if the ship is docked or tendered at a port? My itinerary only shows arrival and departure times, not this information. It would be useful to know if booking private excursions. Thanks.
  12. We are right there with you!!
  13. What I mean by that, is I am watching closely to determine when the IT issues have resolved enough so that I can receive my FCCs due, and move up to my Discoverer status, which will involve seeing my last cruise. I will want to use my “free” nights on one of the B2Bs. I also would like to be able to see available cabins, the ability of which will hopefully return.
  14. This is very bad news and extremely misleading, to say the least!!
  15. @luv2ski2, was that the one where the engine caught fire?! I was on that cruise as well, and in general, agree about the excursions. We DID agave an enjoyable paella making one though.
  16. I just have my eye on a B2B in 2024, but need everything to be fixed before I can book it. No immediate hurry, but of course the longer I have to wait, the more likely that the prices will go up, so naturally I am keeping an eye on things, but have given up trying to communicate or waste my TA’s time for now. How long can this drag on? Now even their ads are getting angry responses!!
  17. I just got an email, assuring me that my OBC for my upcoming cruise (which I cancelled and is no longer visible on my account) is still there and I can go ahead and book excursions.
  18. Thanks. I’m hoping that we will be happy with at least some of the included ones!
  19. Another newbie question (sorry!). I have booked a cruise and can see the excursions and I know that I won’t be able to book them until x number of days before the cruise, but I can’t see prices anywhere. What’s the deal with that?
