  1. That was our experience last summer and the train fare to Bruges was very cheap
  2. Yes, keep posting! We’re considering this same B2B in 2024.
  3. I certainly have never lost weight onboard Quest! 😂
  4. Oh! Then the bar list must have been recently updated! @MikeyB, did you see this onboard?
  5. This is not about the SS wines, but the SS package in general. From what I can see, it looks like the price of most cocktails is pretty inexpensive, about $8, and the current price of the SS package is $25 per day, so it would take quite a few drinks to make it worthwhile. Or have the cocktail prices gone up? TIA
  6. We’ve sailed both pre and post and seen no difference
  7. You will not see your TA OBC until you are onboard. This is normal.
  8. On the other hand, @molemaui’s comments about Viking Ocean food have me a bit worried about our upcoming first cruise with them in October. Even the Viking cheerleaders don’t seem to rate it all that well. And I do NOT mean to get this off topic about Viking!!
  9. Wow. Certainly NOT my experience on the Pursuit in March! And we dined mostly in the MDR with no complaints.
  10. And you can have drinks not on the list of included cocktails, such as martinis and Manhattans, as long as you specify that they be made with “included spirits.”
  11. There is no limit, but please drink responsibly! 😉
  12. I will admit that I canceled a cruise in the midst of all of the IT mess, but I will certainly be back once things are back on an even keel. I still love the cruise line.
  13. The only real difference is that the newest member of the fleet, the Onward, has replaced the library (The Drawing Room) with the Atlas Bar, a specialty cocktail bar. Other than that, all of the ships are similar, so go with the itinerary.
  14. They are twins and they have been going there since they were 1st year students, so they never spent any time at the old high school. One thing they like is that it is easily walkable to their home and the old high school would have been a bus ride away. My DH taught in the “toxic” school for 16 years, so we are just hoping that he will not have health problems from that down the road!
  15. https://fb.watch/kO6WAVmwDs/?mibextid=Nif5oz My grandsons’ high school in Burlington, Vermont!
  16. I’m still waiting for a FCC to be ISSUED that I would like to use against a future cruise.
  17. I got that one too, and the prices looked really good. But when I started a mock booking for a veranda, the pricing started much higher than the starting prices listed when just looking at the cruise.
  18. Nice to know that there are some complimentary ones!
  19. Thanks! I found it. I actually was surprised to receive this since I booked with a TA and pay though them, but since I did I can see the anchor thingy.
