My TA reached Azamara yesterday about the refund of my deposit for my canceled cruise. The agent said they were way behind and it would take another month. I’m willing to wait another month, but probably not much longer.
And I got an immediate response that my account was in order and that I just needed to change my password. I changed my password, and guess what? Nothing has changed 🙁
You order sodas like any other drink, but they are included, at any time. There are often special brunches, especially on sea days. We had a fabulous German brunch going through the Kiel Canal last summer, for example.
My loyalty points are still wrong, but out of the blue, I got an email today with the Refer and Receive credit due me for a referral back in March. I am still due one more for the same cruise, but progress!
We will probably never be able to justify the cost of a suite, but it would be difficult to book below a balcony. We do look for bargains and although we love the product, we certainly have our limits.
