  1. Finally found the pic of our pizza out on the balcony, you can kinda see how crispy it was: Caribbean Dream pizza from Sorrentos.HEIC
  2. I did the same but all it would show was the Kid's Menu...BTW I found a pic of the pizza I was telling about Caribbean Dream pizza from Sorrentos.HEIC
  3. Then I will not worry because most of my special requests concern diabetes.
  4. I've given it up! I'm now always on vacation from all diets...what's the point. I never gain a pound anyways....too much exercise.
  5. It was Wednesday in all Texas schools and in my corporate cafeteria! ๐Ÿคช
  6. Whats wrong with these people...don't they know that WEDNESDAY is always Mexican night!? ๐Ÿคฃ
  7. That's ridiculous, if they can deliver it to the room, just have them deliver it to table *** in the MDR! Even I will have to complain if they refuse to honor personal requests. I have never been turned down and I do it at least once on every cruise. I do remember they could not bring me my favorite sugar free Coconut cake once. I asked for it every day until the waiter just said, "The chef said he just cannot have it for you." But all else has never been denied. Guess more corporate letters will go out! NelBlu have you tried making a request with Special Needs for Vegan on your cruises.
  8. You mean this one, on the planner๐Ÿ™„ Or here on the RCCL website: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-dining/giovannis-italian-kitchen
  9. We were commenting on the food only. I would never make that my criteria for choosing a ship...and since food is highly subjective, does it really matter?
  10. Absolutely, we ordered what Evan the Mgr. called Caribbean Dream, it had pineapple, sausage and pepperoni, onion and olives, it was given to us the next night in a real pizza box and we ate it in our room. It was delish. That was Odyssey but we've done that on other ships too. even in Promenade Cafe. We've also taken food from the MDR. They gave it to us on a plate with the vented plastic covers. AGAIN, maybe ASK!
  11. Yep, we had the Meat Lovers on Odyssey, but we preferred the excellent pizza in Sorrento's better. I did like the fried Lasagna too.
  12. Please don't, you need to try with the people at RCCL... you lost me 50 posts back.
  13. No matter what they serve us, right Sal!
  14. You can ask for just what you're seeking. That doesn't mean you'll like what they send you, but you can ask, that's all I'm saying. Jeez. You're the one beating the poor horse, not me.
  15. I'm well aware of that. Still steamed veg is steamed no animal products. And you can ask for that in abundance. And BTW, let me share this interesting tidbit: Only half of one percent of the USA population โ€” or 1.62 million of us โ€” is vegan. Might have something to do with it. Still you can always ask.
  16. No I never said that...just that there are many locations serving veg. So in MDR, ask for more vegetables, we have had Indian dishes prepared at the drop of a hat on many cruises. You can also arrange with the maitre d' and waiters for just Vegan food. Maybe you missed the word "EVERYWHERE" in my post. Course I am not vegan. But I see them everywhere. Especially at Solarium Bistro.
  17. There are enough veg on any ship to satisfy anybody. They are everywhere you look especially in Windjammer.
