Just asked a waiter at Cafe alBacio and the alcoholic coffees are NOT available until 5:00pm. mac_tlc

All others bars are listed in the daily planner with a 5:00pm opening, which is when we leave. None in Retreat although the retreat hosts will go to the Pool bar for your drink if you wish. Retreat Lounge is on deck 15, Pool bar on deck 14, Retreat Sundeck on 16 and 17.

Here is the first direct observation of the line at the Pool Bar on the Beyond today. It’s early, about 11:30 am, but the number of bartenders outnumber the patrons. More later…. mac_tlc

Here is Page 3 from the Celebrity Today for our stop in GC tomorrow. Shows bar hours, most open at 5pm except pool bar, and shows Cafe alBacio and il Segundo Bacio open all day, I suspect only for non alcoholic drinks.

Time for lunch : Don’t be too alarmed, prices are in Peso’s, with todays exchange rate about 18.6 pesos = 1 USD. Second reason to not be alarmed is it’s all included!! For $59, we think it’s a great bargain. Food, drinks, pool, hot tub, beach, limited attendance. It’s all good !!!! mac_tlc

We did these reservations 6 months ahead. There is a 20% deposit, the rest is paid when you get here. Cash, Master Card, Visa. Maybe this will influence your decision. From two minutes ago😜😜.

Looks like an early morning medical issue on Carnival Breeze or Vista: We are alongside in Cozumel at sunrise. Busy busy day today with 7 ships in port. 3 Carnival ( Breeze, Vista, Horizon), 2 Disney (Magic, Dream) , Brilliance of the Seas and Celebrity Beyond. These are the days I am glad we are going to Nachi Cocum where they limit attendance. Only issue will be the traffic coming back to ship. We plan to get off around 8:15 or so, all aboard is 3:30. Here’s hoping that the pool water isn’t too cold. mac_tlc
