If the crew member actually said they should have gotten up earlier, that crew member should be fired, or at best go through some remedial customer service training. Why? for telling the truth?

    this is still happening, at least on the Med cruises we have been on so far this year. Good discounts on board and plenty of open tables.

    why is it anyone's business? very simple, sanitation and safety, we sat next to a woman in the MDR who held her so called "service animal" on her lap and fed him from her plate, the dog repeatedly put it's front feet on the table. Same dog also snapped at people on several occasions that we witnessed including a small child. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable anywhere.

    Simply not true. Germans are definitely not the best tippers in the world.

    No, they are refusing to pay for service that has not yet been received, and, tips are always VOLUNTARY, otherwise it's a fee not a tip. We have never been asked either.

    Already started, on Vision last month we saw a crew member with a large clear plastic trash bag full of ducks. When we asked what would be done with them she said they would be disposed of.
