  1. I haven’t received notification yet of our cruise being cancelled, I’m sure it’s coming.
  2. Explora canceled our original Arabian Peninsula cruise and offered and honored 30% FCC.
  3. Are you currently sailing on Explora so your speaking from your own experience?
  4. There isn’t a hurricane where we are. Very calm seas.

  6. Ann, I’m so sorry this is happening to you and Charles. I would have expected quicker action on their part to make sure you’re well taken care of and at least satisfied with the outcome.
  7. There are lots of pictures and videos on their FaceBook page posted by travelers on board now. Check it out. The ship is stunning. The menus are creative and tempting. We’re sailing September 2 & can’t wait to see this for ourselves.

  10. In Explora’s FB posting they announced Nautilus Club for children onboard. I wasn’t aware that this cruise line was family friendly or promoting itself as a family (multi generational) cruise line. I was under the impression the focus was on adult luxury travelers. This is an unpleasant surprise. We have 2 very expensive, long cruises booked that we will reconsider. Any thoughts?

  12. We’ve booked a 30 day cruise and according to the website, included laundry is limited to 1 bag per passenger. How is this sufficient for a 30 day cruise?
