  1. If you are getting in that late, I would just get a hotel around MCO and then get a shuttle to the port in the morning.
  2. Cruise Control Transportation, I have used them twice .. very reliable.
  3. The Meriden Hotel is a couple blocks from South Beach. Cute little hotel with a bar. Stayed there one night a few years ago before a cruise. The bar does get noisy at night, but couldn't really hear anything from our room. It's in walking distance to everything at South Beach. Def recommend.
  4. I would def try to switch the flight, that would be cutting it close, especially if there are any delays getting of the ship or traffic.
  5. We like to stay at Four Points by Sheraton, it is right next to Ron Jon's Surf Shop. There are restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store and CVS and Walgreens right across the street, and the beach is 2 blocks away.
  6. That's a tough one, we had a similar situation a year ago, our flight was scheduled for 230pm, we just ended up getting to the airport at 9am, and just hung out there. The time actually went by faster than I thought.
  7. I also recommend Cruise Control transportation.. used them a couple times. very reliable.
  8. I would see if you can change your flights, those flight times are cutting it close. There are so many things that could go wrong, what if the ship is delayed getting back, or there is traffic. Then at the airport getting through TSA , and that airport is always busy.
  9. The Sandbar Sports Grille, love the atmosphere there.
  10. YVE , right across from the port and Bayside Marketplace.
  11. We stayed there a few years ago, had the same issue with the shuttle.. waited 45 minutes only ending up taking a taxi instead, oh well .. live and learn,, the hotel was fine for a pre-cruise stay.
  12. I would recommend booking a private shuttle for everyone. Try Cruise Control Transportation.
  13. It is small,, that is what I was worried about when we rented this past Feb, , but they had vehicles, so it worked out.
  14. Don't think Air Canada is in terminal C.. so in that case terminal A and B are hectic., you may want to visit Kennedy Space Center and catch a flight the next day.
  15. You most likely will be fine.. but it's up to you if you want chance it, you never know if there is traffic, or the ship is delayed.....but I would do self assist and book private transportation, we fly on jetblue which is in the international flight terminal at MCO .. terminal C , and we were off the ship by 730am, and at the airport by 9am. The 2 times I have been in terminal C.. the security lines have never been long.. usually around 10-15 minutes tops, and the 1st time was at 930 in the morning and the 2nd time was 5pm ... it was the fastest TSA checkpoint I have ever gone through., and I don't have TSA precheck.
  16. I recommend Cruise Control Transportation. Used them a couple times, very prompt , and constant communication.
  17. Try Cruise Control Transportation... I believe they will pick up from disney properties.
  18. I have used them twice, though I booked the private shuttle each time. They were very prompt and always in communication with me. Def recommend them, planning on using them again on my next cruise.
  19. If you are using the private shuttle.. you should be fine, I would do self disembark though, and have them pick you up early, last year we were off the ship by 730am, used the private shuttle with cruise control and we were at the airport by 9-915am.
  20. I was there in 2022, still busy and tons of night life.
  21. I also have to say use Cruise Control private shuttle. They are reliable.
  22. Following along, hopefully with winds calms down for you soon.
  23. Love reading along, we were just on the Adventure in Feb, loved the ship. Enjoy!
