  1. What are some wonderful things your butler has done for you? (From some other posts seems experience and training are better than haven and retreat.) Thanks.
  2. Was reading a post on MSC Board about people being able to sneak onto the YC sundeck. That would be disappointing.
  3. What was the best snack or food item delivered to your haven suite in the afternoon?
  4. Anyone onboard now or when you embark soon willing to post day 2 daily who's on board and casino welcome letter with names at the bottom. Obviously this can change with crew vacations but still curious. Thanks.
  5. Been on NCL Haven open for lunch all days. Love it. Been on Celebrity Retreat, Luminae, not open for lunch port days. Don't like it. MSC yacht club restaurant. open or closed on port days? (not sun deck)

  7. For a 3 p.m. departure do they start embarkation earlier than usual. Dailies usually state all aboard 2 hours before departure. To have everyone on at 1 p.m.
  8. In the Haven lounge anyone know the times the snacks come out. a.m., noon, evening? Not a fan of buffet but would be o.k. if there when they first come out.
  9. Being close to kicked was while we were eating breakfast in the yc restaurant. Didn't have many of regular breakfast items, syrup, toast. The attitude was It "ok" we are done with you. Ba Bye.
  10. Gary, Do you know who assigns which butler to which cabins? Have you ever heard of a pre cruise request to the concierge?
  11. Can you explain please If pre cruise concierge is for booked sailings in the Haven. What is all of this: She has fantastic access re: upcoming sales, sailings, "hidden" perks and special events?
  12. Is there a Haven Manager? Have not met or seen on 2 haven cruises. Have seen concierge and assistant concierge at the desk. Assistant Maitre D' at restaurant. Bartenders and bar staff. Butler and room steward as well. Is their role mostly behind the scenes?
  13. This year what has been the earliest boarding time experience? Worst too?
  14. Any one have recent experience with champagne on board. good bad or ugly?
  15. Can you post the name of the YC Director you mentioned. Any waiters in YC worth asking for by name? How was your butler?
  16. Wubbajk We just got off the 5/28 Joy sailing. On an aside, do you have the daily from day 2. Who's on board? Or do you know who was on board?
  17. "Yeah but then can't expect their P+ customers to have to go a specific restaurant to get a glass of brut Champagne. If you advertize it as 'all champagne by the glass' then I expect to have champagne available in all restaurants and most bars. And no a rosé is not acceptable as 'standard' champagne, there should be a brut availabe and the rosé should be the extra, not vice versa." Le Bistro opens at 530 each evening. So if you go by what is being reported, you would have to wait until then for P+ glass? Would you have to go in and sit down order and leave? Rose is not mainstream for most people's tastes. I know it isnt for us. There are brut champagnes NCL could stock that would be acceptable. Hopefully corporate is getting the ship feedback and listening. Step Up.
