@Georgia_Peaches I will also admit to thinking similar thoughts from time to time. And just recently I, too, have reconsidered this thinking, again because of the posts made on this forum. Hence, I have started to prepare a list of what things might make for a more pleasant experience and how my butler could help enhance it as well as be prepared so there will not be any unintended surprises.

I can only tell you my experience. I've been watching for it every day for the past couple of months. (for a cruise in January) Obviously, I was determined to get it booked...lol. I was checking both in shore excursions and Onboard activities. Finally, at 55 days before embarkation, it showed up in Shore Excursions. *However*...I also have a cruise booked for March 2024. It is already available under Shore Excursions. So, no apparent rhyme nor reason. Good luck!

Sampling of Blu signature entrees: Grilled NY Steak salad Broiled Dorade (type of fish) Cabernet-braised Short ribs (with potatoes, verts, croutons) Smoked Chicken breast Grilled Calamari Pan Seared Red Snapper Sherry-Glazed Cornish Hen (oven roasted tomatoes, paprika-smoked potatoes) Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb (green pea melange, fingerling potatoes) Looks pretty good to me...no mention of broccoli or kale (ugh)...I would call this real food... ETA: Should have said I haven't eaten there though!

Wow...I just found one that went up around $100!! It was already sky high...now it's $627... Private Journey - Cozumel Beach Transfer Some really ultra class resort. Didn't really look all that whoop-de-do to me...pool, a meal, a beach, pier, etc.

I have found that about 1/2 of mine went up from anywhere around $10 to $15 dollars. However, I have noticed that a few others which I didn't book have gone up around $25to $45! (yes, I keep notes...lol...)

I just had a rather similar experience. A couple days ago I received a pre-cruise survey email mentioning a phone call with the shore-side concierge...and to rate that service. Which I didn't have. Don't recollect the person they named in the email in any other contact I've had with X. Odd indeed!

My conscience is starting to bother me just reading this departure from MPC...🤪

Well, personally, I would (and will) book one of them over an IV...it has an open air portal... ETA: I wouldn't pick this particular one because of the window washing machine...but the others don't have that obstruction...
