I”m interested in an Haven 2 bedroom inside the Haven complex and was wondering if I have a chance with a low bid. Have anyone won an Haven upgrade with a low/poor bid❓ Thanks

I’m aware many are disturbed by the many changes taking place but that’s business throughout the cruise lines. Everyone have the option to consider different cruise lines but I expect they will find changes on other cruise lines as well. Nothing stays the same forever.

Not an early riser but in the past used NCL bus excursion to Horseshoe Bay Beach. We arrived early enough to enjoy the beach before the crowd arrived but would have liked more time. It is a beautiful beach.

I like the idea of traveling to Horseshoe Bay by local bus. The NCL excursion limited 3 hours is not enough time to enjoy the beach. I know there’s a beach within walking distance from the ship but I don’t remember the cost. I wanted to use the FAS $50 excursion credit but the 2nd person would have to pay full fare. Thanks for the ideas.

My adult daughter (52) and I. Interest mainly in sightseeing and relaxing.

Food concerns is one of the main reason I booked an Haven suite on NCL Joy in May 2024. I’m glad to hear Cagney’s & Teppanyaki is still satisfactory. Other than aforementioned specialty restaurants I plan to dine mainly in the Haven restaurant. I’ve cruise only once in an Haven Suite back in 2019 on NCL Escape and loved it so much that I now can’t cruise any other way! I hope the Haven restaurant food continues to be good quality. Sorry to hear cruise food is going downhill…if this starts to happen in the Haven I may have to give up cruising. I’m not much of a drinker but it’s nice to look forward to a nice meal especially when paying so much for the cruise.

Frozen boxed eggs⁉️. Maybe I’ll try fried eggs with my breakfast steak next time❗️🥹

The photos are just a sample of the type of meals available. The only eggs I eat are scrambled eggs since I’m not an eggs lover. In the Haven you can request food cooked to your likings, e.g. medium, medium well, etc.

Ditto❗️In the Haven I would always include lobster tails as a side dish every chance I get‼️

Definitely❗️. It’s my opportunity to try food prepared and seasoned differently provided it looks good. I eat with my eyes 👀 first‼️

The Haven restaurant is the main reason I plan to cruise in the Haven on the Joy May 2024. I look forward to dining without inconveniences and checking out the Horizon Observation Lounge. I experienced the Haven in 2019 for the first time on the Escape and can’t imagine cruising any other way😎

There are Haven suites spread over several decks on the Joy. Do the Joy Haven elevator stop on decks other than deck 17 and above?
