  1. Mine are showing up as they have been. When is the last time they showed up for you?
  2. Iā€™m not sure the letter and the purpose of the keys are in any way related. A lot of times the extra keys are made when people are swapping rooms within a family so that, for example, two teenagers can stay at a room near mom and dad (Since teens canā€™t book a room without one of the parents being on the reservation). But that is far different from suggesting that they are to be used for guests or friends for access in a Diamond or Suites lounge. Guest are definitely not allowed in either one. I have never seen it at all my years of cruising. Iā€™m trying to imagine just how crowded it would be if people brought three or four friends with them into the lounges. šŸ™…šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø
  3. Free is a bit of a misnomer šŸ™‚ But there can be some pretty good perks from losing your money in the casino! I try to lose just enough to make it where I come out slightly ahead, we shall see if that holds over time.
  4. I have met a great many Pinnacles who reached their status through casino comped cruises - I have actually been surprised at just how many are are Signature/Masterā€™s level. And more than a few who, as noted, live in FL. Frequent comped cruises with close access to ports (making the 3-5 day freebies much more likely) would definitely make the process a whole lot faster!
  5. We were told by the tailor and the suite concierge on explorer in August that RCCL tux rentals are no more (we had somehow failed to pack a shirt for his tux, they thankfully found him one in the existing inventory). Thank goodness I couldnā€™t figure out anything for our anniversary two years ago and got him a new tux and all the trimmings šŸ˜¬ P.S. They should have a decent sale on Black Friday at places like Menā€™s Wearhouse or Joseph A banks, although their best sales seem to be around Fatherā€™s Day and Labor Day.
  6. A heck of a lot. So it only makes sense if itā€™s the cherry on top, a lovely side effect of doing something that you would love and would do anyway.
  7. I was thinking exactly the same thing - I did that with a Rollins executive at a major home show back in the 80s when we had spent thousands on the first wireless alarm system that ended up creating havoc in our world. Worked like a charm šŸ˜‡šŸ˜‚
  8. If you have a chance ask someone if they have a ground dried hot peppers with salt - it is FANTASTIC sprinkled on pineapple (the locals may not have it out to sell, but they probably have some) - I have never tasted anything as good šŸ˜‹
  9. Noorina was the only one that was temporary. It was up in the air whether sheā€™d be going back to Wonder or if that would be happening at all.
  10. There was. The list but hasn't been updated since before the pandemic.
  11. As I noted recently, in September the Suiteā€™s/Concierge Lounge on Explorer was Belkis Agustin; the D concierge was Noorina Sreeneebus.
  12. What an amazing day! The Polynesians definitely have a lock on how to most easily get and get into coconuts! I have a Samoan brother-in-law that makes it look like nothing šŸ˜³ There is a humorous exhibition on this topic at the Polynesian Cultural Center on the north side of Oahu. Loving going with you in this wonderful journey!
  13. That is super irritating about the beach towels šŸ˜” But so glad it was a wonderful cruise, thanks for taking us all along. It was great! šŸ˜Š
  14. I only know one other Jerry Jeff Walker song and it may or may not have anything to do with your t-shirt šŸ˜‡ šŸ˜‚
  15. 100%. @bobmacliberty We used Capt. Marvinā€™s too, we thought it was a really great excursion.
  16. Glad you enjoyed it! They are great (and for us itā€™s important that an animal encounter tour doesnā€™t impinge on the animal/mammal like requiring them to be captive). We did a private snorkeling tour in St Maarten a few years back where we encountered sting rays. The boat hat squid onboard to give them - the instruction was to hold it loosely and they would take it. Apparently I was holding my squid too tightly as the sting ray took a small part of my finger trying to get it away from me. But it was kind of cool, now Iā€™m part of a stingray somewhere out in the Caribbean šŸ¤£
  17. Sorry, I was being lazy in my description of the shirt in the other post. This picture doesnā€™t do it justice. We first ran across it at a mall in Fort Lauderdale before our April cruise. It was at Dillards, but only in a small šŸ˜ It was so perfect for my Hawaiian retired military guy, I couldnā€™t give up. I finally found in a few months ago at Island Trends online.
  18. @Merion_Momi left you a message over at Aloha Friends, hopefully the system sent you a notification
  19. I know you are likely still so sore, but I hope that you are feeling a bit better šŸ¤•
  20. When I was working on DHā€™s genealogy and his sister was whipping out the Hawaiian names of even his many nieces and nephews and ancestors, I was like SAY WHAT?! I could neither say them nor spell them šŸ˜‚ The traditional names are far more than a mouth full for sure. Gotta love the shopping In Waikiki - did the Tommy Bahama shop have the Aloha USA shirt? I finally found that for DH after looking everywhere. Love those shirts ā¤ļø
  21. Got to use those points, I can totally understand that. We were at Hale Koa in 2017, we were in the older tower but in one of those high floor huge corner rooms on the ocean side and it was just perfect. While I envy @ReneeFLLbeing able to visit again, I am happy for her also as it is a special place!
  22. We did the Delta One our first time, my legs were even too long to that seat BUT it was surely the way to go. I would likely need Ambien or more to get through it otherwise. Fares have been crazy lately, so I would be with you in main cabin. Yes, would love the link! I need to start planning now. DH is half Hawaiian, but there is also some Māori close in and so NZ is on the short list for us.
