Perhaps not the easiest access, but not difficult either.
Our excursion when we were there was to take a boat ride and observe the local fishermen. If they can make it rather close in their paddle boats, a speed boat would be there rather fast.
One more thing. If your offer is accepted, your luggage tags may not be updated. At least ours weren't... No problem though. Just get luggage tags from the cruise port or modify with a marker.
I would think that you could show the deal that you want to your TA and your TA could book that rate. Why switch TAs unless you are unhappy with their service?
You get an e-mail that says your offer was accepted. It can happen 45 days out or later depending upon your offer. It will also show up on your credit card.
The ships are different E vs S vs M. E has a more crowded feel, S less crowded, and M tranquil.
E class is bigger, S class a bit smaller, and M class the smallest. Suite cruisers tend to prefer E.
🙂 Celebrity has a monetary interest. The government has a political interest. I am not sure what the governments political interest would be in misclassifying the risk of travelling to Haiti?
