Friends of ours that are cruising with us in April sent in a status match. They are silver on Ncl but got Classic with MSC and have 1 point.

Only thing i miss on the Harmony is there was no pool in the solarium.

I am going on the Oasis for the 4th time in October with friends who have never sailed her. Already told them if the want to go see the show feel free, but we aren’t going to be joining you. Lol It’s that bad.

Did a status match and was looking around on the website to see what the status is but don't know where to look. Is there anywhere on the website that shows you?

Just looking at the site from the link provided above I noticed some information that is no longer correct. In the part on the page that says,"DO YOU PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE FOR BEVERAGE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE". Buying a beverage above the price of your package means you’re paying the full amount of the beverage. Unlike some cruise lines (NCL mainly) where you would just pay the difference, that’s not the case with MSC. So if you think you’ll appreciate the beverages that are not included in your drink package, upgrading is probably the best idea and it’s encouraged once you board the ship. This especially makes sense if you were given a promo Easy Package as part of your booking! That has changed. Now you only pay the difference in price. On Meraviglia 2 weeks ago I had a couple purple rain drinks which are $13.00 and was only charged $3.00 each time.

After waiting 45 minutes on Horizon I thought 10-15 minutes was fast

I got it to accept my credit card and photo before we cruised. Got to check in they took our pictures again so I wouldn't worry about that. My credit card was in the system so we were good there. YMMV

Seems MSC is using the same game plan. For a 14 day cruise in April for 2 people for about $900 I can have free drinks and free slow internet for the 14 days

What time of the year are you looking at for the cheaper pricing? I like Princess and you have peaked my interest.

Thanks for your post. We were on Carnival Celebration in April and the pizza place on that ship had a much better setup than the Horizon. I counted 9 people working there. The lines were long but never more than 10 to 15 minute wait. Not sure what Carnival ship you were on or when, when you mention missing the late night snacks. Nothing available on Carnival but pizza after 10pm. I did get a chuckle reading your sentence about starving. Lol Thanks again for your thoughts. Appreciate you taking your time while cruising.

What do you considering blazing fast? on Carnival Celebration we had speeds up around 138 mbps. Just off MSC Meraviglia we had speeds of about 2-3 mbps. I’d consider the speeds on Carnival blazing fast for a cruise ship. Hoping Oasis is comparable

We are booked for 4/26/25. Didn’t realize we will be on the 3rd ever cruise on the ship.

That doesn’t sound encouraging but in cruising most cruise lines are making cuts and it has come to be expected.
