Love the Sunny girl trio. They are awesome. Glad you like the Havana Cabana. IMHO they are awesome as well. lol Enjoy the rest of your cruise and look forward to more post! -
Belfast was playing last month but never saw it listed for the dive in movies. We probably just missed it. My wife and I were interested in seeing it. Who am I kidding. The minute I get comfortable laying there watching any movie I fall asleep.lol

Are the Havana Cabana's Worth It ?
Illbcruzn4life replied to IMSAILING's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
The few times I went out my gate and strolled along the deck outside my cabana there was nary a soul around. We met our neighbors the first day and never saw them again the rest of the cruise. To each their own I guess.😇 -
Did they at least tel you what the $250 charge was for? And you're also saying that nobody contacted Carnival or your PVP at any point before the cruise mentioning the other party was not going to make it? sounds like the deposit for the other person was kept because somebody notified Carnival before you got to the pier. The taxes and fees, and gratuities came to exactly $250? Seems they should owe you some money back on that end. And if your PVP couldn't help you, it's time for a new PVP.

Are the Havana Cabana's Worth It ?

Agreed. We booked ours when people weren't booking too much and got a good price. When our cruise was over they were having the 50th birthday sale and again got a good price. With what the prices are currently I'd book the inside cabin. -

We did a 6 day on the Horizon in a Havana Cabana. We did not use the lanai that often but we were at the pool area every day. It was heaven. We went to Grand Cayman,Ocho Rios, and Cozumel. We only got off the ship in Cozumel. We went to Guys burgers so my wife could get a burger and it is right where the main pool is. With all the kids screaming, the dj music blasting, and the big screen on we were glad we had the peace and quiet of the exclusive pool area. A couple days after our cruise we booked another Havana Cabana on the Celebration. -

I'm always looking fpr something to eat late nights. I work nights when not cruising and I eat breakfast at 1pm,lunch at 6pm, and dinner at 1am. I usually go to bed around 5am. Unless doing an excursion I never eat breakfast on a cruise. My first meal is lunch on the ship as I don't get up that early.

I can tell you from my personal experience on the 4/24 Horizon cruise. Deli closed at 11pm. Then pizza was the only option other than pizza and room service. pizza closed at 3am

Our waiter was awesome. Didn't find him til day 2 or 3 as we had anytime dining but we asked at the hostess station to have his area nightly for the rest of the cruise. He took care of every night bringing us things we didn't even order. We definitely took care of him on the ship and in the survey.

by looking at the itineraries it looks like days 2 and 6 but don't quote me on that. On the first elegant night they have lobster tail (small) and prime rib. Can't remember the 2nd elegant night. The waiter did tell my wife and I they are small and if you want more to let him know.
