  1. well despite her gambling problem, hopefully grandma will leave you enough of an inheritance to make that haven trip a B2B.
  2. this has degenerated into an insipid thread, even by cruise critic standards.
  3. to be fare once you pay off her gambling debts for her (again), the goons are no longer a concern.
  4. kind of like asking how a helmet prevents a motorcycle crash. jesus man, it means if there is an unexpected expense you can easily weather it without a scramble or falling behind. jesus man, i used these as two hypothetical high dollar unexpected expenses. how about this; the dog needs an emergency tonsillectomy and grandma was sternly warned about her gambling debts by her bookie's goons. part of a well managed cash flow is having the ability to weather the unexpected hardship with minimal hardship.
  5. i thought you where discussing the individual that pays all his bills a month ahead.
  6. yes but autopay is not going to protect you from a large unexpected expense; such as a car repair or the plumber.

  8. in September of 2021i flew on TAP from Lisbon to Barcelona (oddly enough on an a320/321 NEO seat up for "long flights" but this was high covid era). i have heard negative things about TAP and i found the flight much much better than british airways euro-traveler.

  13. ok, the perspective at 0:50 gives a perceived sense of greater height.
  14. oh, that is a great price. Brightline is planning to extend their line to the port of Miami...i dont know how they plan to do that.
  15. have you taken the Brightline to Miami? so much better than an uber or cab.
