As long as you can show your up to date booster Jab NHS Certificate you should be OK Your daughter will need a test though, taken no earlier than 48 hours before boarding, this can be a self LFT Test taken by a Randox fit to fly test or similar. You use the app and upload the result etc and a Certificate which is accepted by MSC is e mailed to you. MSC will very rarely deal with with problems with the booking if you use a TA for that booking . As your TA has the email from MSC confirming that they will refund you, then may I suggest that you pressure your TA to sort out the problem. Antonio Paradiso who is UK Managing Director may be a line to go down if you do not get any success.

There are formal nights where Suits or Black tie is worn by passengers, usually one on a seven nighter and two for a fortnight. I would imagine however that when travelling in Yacht Club then many more would be in Black tie. It has been known at Southampton that many passengers will ignore their boarding times and queues have formed from outside the terminal Building and into the rear of the car park across the road. For Diamond Guests one gets a Tasting menu meal in one of the speciality restaurants on board, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine together with the Macarons and Priority embarkation together with Complimentary one-hour thermal area session (one per cruise), late disembarkation if you wish, so in my mind the benefits are not worthless and Thank you MSC for them.

Specialty Restaurant dinner, Spumante with Macarons in cabin and Chocolate gift was not offered on the shorter cruises under 7 nights which I have done.

Here in UK unless you book with MSC direct, I have found that my tickets have had to be emailed to me by the TA. Logging in to the MSC website and doing check in has always resulted in me not being able to down load tickets from the site. However the exception was using the MSC for me app.

If you have the MSC for me app on your phone, Select your profile from the app , select E-Ticket and the e-ticket will be sent to the email address you registered. It is a quicker way of getting your e ticket otherwise you have to wait for your TA to forward it to you. (Only works on the ships that use the MSC for me app)

Looking at the Southampton cruise arrival schedule for 8/15/21/29 Oct and 5th November MSC Prezosia is shown. Although the schedule can change, it has already been updated with the Virtuosa as sailing on 12th November and 30th December. During October MSC Virtuosa is cruising from Southampton, Spain and Canary Islands whilst Prezosia is cruising from Southampton.
