  1. I know I've ordered it before think it was 2019. Maybe I wrote it in but it arrived topped with smoked salmon.
  2. The bartender at the WCB said many of their drinks are made with Ciroc vodka as they have a contract with them.
  3. Many times it is cheaper. The only reason I upgraded is the price was minimal and my original balcony was an obstructed view on deck 6
  4. No eggs Benedict? I thought they were on the CC menu.
  5. In my case the upgrade was another $100 canadian for 10 nights. It was 50 CC points for this sailing and another 2 before I reach Elite +.
  6. Thank you. Yes I thought so too. I've had a sunset cabin once before many years ago on RCI and loved it so when I saw this grabbed immediately. My CVP said someone must have moved up to a suite or something and the price of my cabin had not been updated. Seems those sunsets versndas are hard to come by.
  7. I'm on a 10 night Equinox sailing later this month and upgraded to CC for an extra $100 canadian for entire cruise. Orihinally had an obstructed balcony on deck six and with the upgrade moved up to deck 10 forward. Couple days later spotted an aft balcony on the wake of the ship with deeper balcony so grabbed it for another $100. I think it was a good deal. I like the embarkation lunch and a few of the extra perks plus.
  8. I was wrong about the price.of a day pass for some reason that $99 figure came to mind. Not actually sure of current pricing as I'm not big on spa services. With my Elite status I do have access on a port day but the Edge ship would not honor it as under a different contract. Never actually took a tour of the spa on the Edge but my friend who used it said its far superior to Persian Gardens.
  9. No bill is presented just tip a couple bucks or more if generous. They really appreciate it.
  10. They may have in the onboard duty free. Absolute vodka makes one I've used it for Cosmopolitan martinis
  11. For sure and was told to mind my own business. 😁😁
  12. Yes it is and it hasn't changed. Short ribs are really tasty so is the soup and you avoid the rush of the buffet.
  13. @Alakegirlon a separate occasion saw a man put scalloped potatoes from buffet onto his plate taste it changed his mind and scraped it back. Gross if you ask me.
  14. @cruisestitchwhere did I state I only had one poor experience? Bit of an ignorant comment.
  15. I travel solo quite often and hate buffets so either go to MDR on sea days or aqua spa. Once a few years ago I left a drink and a tote bag on a chair below my drink in the buffet to get some food when I returned drink was gone and bag shoved over on the seat. Occupants said nope our table now. That's the end of buffets for me.
  16. I ate at sushi on 5 one day recently cant remembered what I paid but yes the food is excellent
  17. @Ipeeinthepools I think we're on the same cruise later this month. I am also curious as to how all this will play out.
  18. I've asked for a peach bellini in place of a mimosa and received it.
  19. Also sailing in September but on the Equinox and the AI was not part of the solo rate otherwise I would have booked at the right price.
  20. I was on the Edge January February of this year without a package and was also getting free drinks with premium liquor in Eden during HH. Was also getting Decoy cab as my choice of wine. All at no charge.
  21. Never asked about the cost of a one day pass. I know on S class ships its $99 I'm sure the E class is a lot more.
  22. I'm Elite so can use Persian Gardens on port day for free. When I tried this on my recent Edge cruise was told no you have to pay for a pass as the E ships spas are under a different contract. Pretty unfair if you ask me as Celebrity doesn't specify.
  23. Nope I can do it on my own just fine. I buy the San Pellegrino in cans.
  24. You're probably right I may just get a case of perrier or san pellegrino two if I can manage it.
  25. They can pester me all they want I don't really care not buying an expensive drinks package onboard when they don't even carry decent selections of wine. Signing a slip for a drink takes a second and no big deal. I much prefer to bring what I enjoy and drink at home onboard with me. Done it many times and never missed the drinks package.
