I don't eat fish My wife likes fish including tilapia. Wouldn't surprise me that she orders it on our October Eclipse cruise.

If I remember correctly (questionable) when the CC dropped the membership fee all of us that paid were given 5 CC cruise points toward the new tier level program.

I prefer checking in online, but I have no issues chalking in using the app either. I've never taken our pictures or scanned our passports pre cruise. I still print and show our boarding passes. I don't use my phone.

The one thing I don't miss from the good ole days is formal evenings. Something we always enjoyed from the good ole days was the CC HH when it was a nightly event from 5 to 7:PM. Not what it is now.

Once you board the ship go to the MDR. Find a table you like and request it.

Unfortunately the casinos are smoking lounges (not advertised at such) that allows gambling when not in port.

Don't they already have a smoking lounge besides the casino. Churchills.

Buffett style. Pastries, meats, cheeses, salmon, fruits. Coffees, mimosas or bloody mary’s.

You forgot one. Smokers who bathe in cologne or perfume to try and cover up the cigarette, pipe, cigar smell on themselves. Speaking from past experience. Of course all your bans are also done by some smokers. Yes and some non smokers bathe in cologne and perfume. I blame Princess or whoever the cruise line is that allows inside smoking. Not the smoker. All cruise lines need to keep the smoking out of all the indoor areas of the ship. Works on Celebrity ships. The outside designated smoking areas are great. You can't beat the view and service for outside smoking areas.

Also bloody mary's, mimosas and bellini's.

Elite breakfast still is happening. The 5-7 CC HH is no longer in the Sky Lounge. CC HH is still from 5 -7 at most bars. Unlimited drinks from the limited CC HH beverage menu. No CC HH the first evening of the cruise.

Our first cruise was with American Hawaii Cruise Line on the SS Constitution in 1991. We were hooked. Second cruise was with Celebrity on the Zenith in 1994. We thought this ship is huge. We'll never find our way around. Paid ($35.00 per person) to join the Captains Club. I believe it was called the Founders Club (?).

You will receive a detailed TAD letter a day or two prior to your TAD. That letter will have everything you need to know in it for your specific TAD. If the TAD meeting is offered (typically a day or two prior to your TAD) I recommended you attend it. Good meeting for Q&As.
