Call the CC. 1-800-760-0654. Maybe they can get your tier level corrected for all correspondences and on the website.

The Diamond Lounge is now called the Crown Lounge. Always open. The CAS still does the CAS HH in the CL. Fleetwide. We'd like to see Celebrity and Princess have a dedicated lounge. CAS HH drinks are now all day at most bars. Diamonds get 4 drinks a day. Diamond Plus get 5 drinks a day. Pinnacles get 6 drinks a day. The CAS did away with unlimited CAS HH drinks in the evening when in the CL. You have to use your allocated drinks in the CL or pay for any drinks over your allocated amount. The CAS did away with the CAS beverage menu and you now order drinks from the regular bar beverage menus.

We enjoy going to have a pre supper snack and a couple of drinks.

Who's to say Jason Liberty (RCG) won't change RCs CAS to match Celebrity's CC. I never thought I'd see reciprocal tier matching. The first phase was a surprise. Didn't expect this second phase of the reciprocal tier matching to happen.

We did a 10 night Caribbean cruise on the Enchanted, March 2024. No towel animal sightings in our cabin for the entire cruise. That's a good thing. 👍👍 Boarding day cabin attendant introductions and our requests when he delivered our luggage into our cabin shortly after we were in our cabin. Saw our cabin attendant every day/morning. Always smiling and personable. Great ship and crew.

We were on the Enchanted March 2024 for 10 night Caribbean cruise. Great ship. The only complaint/issue/negative for us was the cigarette smell coming from the smoking lounge, aka the casino drifting out into the surrounding venues.

I respect your opinion. I'm only basing my opinion on when going from Diamond to Elite and Elite to Diamond the perks/benefits weren't/aren't based on cruise points. We appreciate now being E+ with Celebrity for being D+ with RC. However, we were only 92 Celebrity cruise points from making E+ on our own. Now that we are E+ I expect all the perks/benefits that go with that tier level. We made Elite and Diamond before the merger and before the first phase of the reciprocal program. Our second cruise was our first Celebrity cruise was in 1994. At that time we had to pay ($35.00 P/P) to join the Founders Club. Now the Captains Club. We like the differences and similarities between RC and Celebrity. We also cruise with Princess. But we don't chase the cruise lines tier levels. Nice when we it happens.

I get what your saying but IMO it should have nothing to do with cruise points. No matter if it's RC or Celebrity. The RL and CK then should be only for those in a suite (full suites). Not based on CC or CAS cruise points. IMO, the RCG has created another bloated tier level problem.

I disagree with this reasoning (lack of better terms). When cruising with Celebrity you are no longer Pinnacle. You are Zenith and should be afforded the same perks/benefits no matter how you became Zenith. Works the other way also. Zenith to Pinnacle.

Been there done that but we walk around before we grab plates to eat to see if there are any tables available. Another reason why we elect not to eat in the buffets. No matter the cruise line. More times than not it's old farts (speaking as an old fart) that are hogging a table and not eating. 🙄

Not our experiences. After eating breakfast at the pre cruise hotel and back in the room, I click on the muster drill on the app on my phone only (we only take one phone), then walk away, put the luggage tags on our suitcases and take care of other things while the muster drill is running. Check the app later and do the required completion steps.

There are other areas on the ship to to sit and sip a drink and read your Emails!!

Could be worse. Some people don't even get the PUP offers.

Whether we select TD or DMW, we like to select what MDR, time and two top long before we set foot on the ship. Hopefully 17 June is the date we can rebook our dining preferences.
