I got off radiance april 6th and still had 2 services. My steward said she was told they would change to once a day in 2 weeks ... vague since there arent 7 day cruises on radiance. Makes sense to me. I had Joy forward deck 9. She was so awesome.

Different but a friend of mine booked a spacious ov. He was told a entertainer wanted his cabin and bumped to a central park balcony, technically a upgrade. He went to customer service onboard and asked and was given a very nice obc and fcc. I think 1/3 of what he paid he got a future credit toward a future cruise besides obc. Probably to shut him up. I thought wow he is so lucky. It was allure last early dec when it first came to texas so fares were kinda high.

I think only 3 ships have play makers so its kinda rare too.

Idk the usa menu in Mdr had the only decent burgers on radiance 10 day. Harmony probably doesnt do usa night. I dont like those in WJ and dont touch them. I booked izumi and hibachi for sept allure, lol not burgers. I get tired of steak. Lol even perfectly cooked steak. I havent looked ahead to harmony. Might have to have that burger in Galveston the night before. I wish playmakers was on more ships. I dont know of any good burgers on harmony. None suit me.

Easily playmakers. I can get bbq any time here in texas it's nothing special. I'm a snacker anyway so a fancy burger or poke nachos wins for me every time. I dont get poke hardly. Not even close for me.

How can you waste your appetite on tacos at coco cay. I couldnt finish my fresh hot funnel cake with a hot crunchy chicken sandwich. Too much for me at one time. The funnel cake was huge.

Just do a mock booking. If it's less than $25 I let it go and dont usually bother my ta. Depends. Also what you paid for fees and taxes is fixed. If they drop you have to add that back into the total as drops in fees and taxes dont get matched.

That's interesting. I forgot about the upgrade. I dont suppose I can get it on the cruise I'm turning diamond? sure would be nice as it's a 14 day cruise. I'm at 197 pts now so next cruise I take I'm diamond.

Wipe out cafe has the el loco menu but not the name. Dont ask me why.

I'd do odyssey for the extra day, less money and has nice ports. 3 very nice ports. Odyssey is new enough you will have just as much to do onboard. I want to cruise more so watch the money. Or find a TA with group rates.

The 10 day march 27 cruise every night was a different menu, no repeats. The usa menu was new to radiance. Our waiter couldnt wait to try it. At least 3 different nights the floor mgr for the Mdr brought out different cooks 2 or 3 at a time. This is the guy who made your fried cod crispy tonight. This guy cooked your steak perfectly or your salmon. My food was cooked perfect all nights I went to Mdr. Best in a long time. I skipped italian. WJ just as bad. I ate bread and fruit. I dont like italian. But all the other nights I was happy. Except for lobster night when 2 guys at my ten top asked for their lobster and steak on the same plate and were told no, I was very pleased with the food. 9 1/2 days they have something i think called barra bread on the WJ for lunch and I'm not a bread lover but loved this bread. They ran out the 10th lunch and by night 10 only had lemon cookies and fruit was getting iffy. Hope they bring on more cookies for you guys.

The beans are actual beans, not refried. Also bland. Pulled pork or chicken and plain chips. Easy to eat non spicy. Someone asked and they cant make refried beans because there is a mexican restaurant who does them. Just plain black beans.

As soon as you board. Just show boarding pass and give your cabin number.

I had the cheese quesadillas not the chicken and they were ok but plain. Needed spices or dip in something maybe. I watched them stick a big batch of the burritos in what looked like a microwave to heat. That turned me off. I'll stick to making my own from chips and the cheese quesadillas.

Might depend on the ship. On allure we had pre made burritos but they had bowls of chips you could add stuff to. Flour tortillas and beans and a couples kinds of meat and cheese sauce and there was a place outside with guacamole and picante and stuff. I cant remember on oasis. I just made nachos. Everyone says dump the bowl of chips on your plate it's easier. It was ok for a snack but I get better tex mex here at home. I think it depends where you live how much you like it.

While we waited for everyone to come back to the tour bus a guy boarded the bus and sold coffee out of his backpack. Had samples for us to smell. Prices were confusing but I think 1 for $15, 2 for $20 or $25, etc. He had different kinds. I wondered if he bribed our bus driver as I was surprised he boarded the bus to sell us coffee while all the other peddlers were outside the bus.

I googled the address and gave uber the address on 10th street. I believe the 14th street address is the parking area some drop off. It's in my uber app I can look if you cant find it. Uber I read isnt supposed to be official until may 1st but it's been approved now.
