LOL....another pointless 'review'.
I have been on most of the mass market lines and never would I expect premium coffee, premium cupcakes from the bakery or glow cups to be included.
-
I just received an alert from my travel agent saying the changes for the Nov 26th cruise on the Escape had been posted. I found nothing listed from NCL yet though.
day 1 depart
day 2 at sea
day 3 Falmouth, Jamaica
day 4 George Town, Grand Cayman
day 5 Cozumel, Mexico
day 6 at sea
day 7 Great Stirrup Cay
day 8 return

Absolutely. I always say "table for 2" and it has never been a problem.
-
Disappointing. We are on a couple weeks later and I bet they will do the same thing. That is the exact same rotation from our last 3 cruises. We specifically booked this time for a change of scenery which came at a substantial increase in expenses.
-
LOL.....the stuff people complain about.
-
-
Of course they wouldn't get fired. I doubt the people in charge a full of hysterics like some on here.
-
LOL....it is funny how important some people think they are.
Chengkp75 is dead on as usual with his explanation.

From what I have seen and heard key west was actually spared the brunt of the storm.
Hmmmm.....news just said this morning that 1 in 4 structures were lost.
-
Probably a good idea especially since you booked a long cruise where a big factor was the itinerary. We are past final payment for our November cruise so I am pretty much stuck waiting for the announcement.
-
It will be interesting to see what they do. I have one coming up in November that goes eastern which I'm sure will be rerouted. It sucks because we chose the higher fare with the additional expense of flying to Miami just because of the itinerary, we normally just drive to Tampa or Mobile if we are going on a western route.
-
if they know what market news was being shown during the week to find this out. once you have this you can figure out the local team in that market. once you find that out you have to check the schedule for the week you are sailing.
Miami....which has been said several times in this thread. It has.been that way forever and hasn't changed.

15% is not the standard tip anymore....
LOL.....
Drinks - Prepaid or not, I already tipped 15% so that's more than enoughOriginally posted bycoevan15% is more than enough, says it all. you probably tip pre tax in a restaurant. Sounds like you are the one who removes tips at guest services
I had the same thought when I read that post. "I have no idea, but I think those longshoreman might make more than me, so I don't tip them a penny"
.....and actually....the other post that you jumped on with the other poster was in reference to leaving 15%.
-
LOL....here comes the condescending group who like to dogpile on people who dare to 'only' leave the standard 15%. Haha....amazing.

Yes....here is a recent sample menu from the Escape.

The plan has a paragraph that states"Other covered Events"stating, among other things that will be covered.National Oceanic and atmospheric Administration issues,A severe weather Warning or watch en route to,or at,your port of embarkment within 48 hours of your scheduled departure. What do you all think?
'
It totally depends on the track and if they add FLL to a hurricane watch by Thursday. The storm is likely to still be in the area of Cuba on Saturday so my guess is the timing won't work out unless the track changes to go more north.
-
If the tip is prepaid or included I include nothing more unless they go above and beyond.
I usually give the porter $2 per bag and the waiter $2 or $3 if we order room service.
-
It always shows the costs of the restaurant, after you add it to your cart and go to checkout it should show $0 for the reservation. SDP is used on board to cover the costs. You could book for every night of the week, they have no way of knowing which few nights you will choose to use your SDP.

As Saint Greg explained, Carnival gets it feed from Miami so you will get the two games broadcast on their local CBS and FOX networks. The Dolphins and Bucs play at 1pm on FOX so you can pretty much guarantee the Falcons won't be on since they are also on FOX at 1pm. The local teams will be shown as the regional game for Miami area.
-
There is no 'standard' price of a cabin. They always fluctuate in their own based on supply and demand even without factoring in the other value enhancers such as OBC's or upgrades.
Nothing if free; not cruises, your 4th tire or that extra 20% in the box of cereal.
-
Lower rate without question. Keeping the money in my pocket to begin with is the best thing that can happen.
-
Yes....very few.
-
Why not book now. You can always cancel and rebook when the next sale comes out if it is better.
He is already inside final payment if he is looking to sail in 90 days.

You just can't go wrong with the Escape....there is something for everyone.
