You can see your points and status but you cannot see how many of those points were power up points. The Captains Club representative can see it on their screens but you cannot. So you will need to call Captains Club to check on specific Power up Points.

Those were not concierges.

Without a package, there is a charge for cappuccino in Blu. If you had a beverage package there should have been no charge and someone at Blu made an error.

Exactly! A 30 day turnaround before they would even investigate is the issue. Airlines change schedules but you need to be nimble in order to get the best solution, not pokey and apologetic.

I could believe that some bars are closed, but to claim that they were unable to get paid-for drinks on sea days? Nope. I don’t believe it.

I have been a satisfied user of “flights by celebrity” in the past but on receiving this email today, I am reconsidering some upcoming options

I know at least one cruise line tried it some time ago and it really didn’t work very well. But I am guessing that part of the reason they don’t simply increase wages (and prices) is that then the taxable wage increases.

I just picture passengers going to Aqua spa café for breakfast and handing the server a dollar, then going to lunch at the Mast Grill and giving the guy who flips the burger another dollar, and that night tucking a few bucks under their plate in the MDR. The next day a woman in Oceanview makes them a waffle, so she gets a tip, too and so on throughout the cruise……… What a nightmare😵‍💫😳😵‍💫😳😵‍💫
