  1. I don’t know where you got the idea that they assigned the room Steward to another task if one of the passengers has signed up for go green.????
  2. They begin to release new itineraries in November and continue through December and the first of the year so it could be anytime within that timeframe
  3. I have always received mine although sometimes they are delayed by a week or two
  4. Emails have been sent to booked passengers and travel agents. I would not expect a power up activity on this news
  5. I think the point is that it isn’t a simple question. There are just too many factors involved.
  6. I don’t know what it is that you want to do. Are you trying to purchase the zero proof package and having some difficulty doing so? What is the issue and maybe someone here can help.
  7. Link your reservations together. You will need each other’s booking information, room number etc. your travel agent can do it or you can link them yourselves on the app.
  8. While the Wi-Fi is usually reliable, sometimes it goes down for no apparent reason. It could be your geographical location, it could be a system failure, it could be anything. You are just not guaranteed of 100% creativity when you need it. Yes it is usually OK but if it’s that critical that you have online access, you may need to reevaluate your plans.
  9. Luggage direct is a different thing. I think that’s what it’s called on Holland America. What you are asking about on Celebrity is called luggage valet. And yes it is offered in Fort Lauderdale.
  10. Zenith is the highest level of Captains Club. So not applicable in your case. kettles are generally placed in state rooms on cruises out of Southampton. For other cruises, you can ask you shouldn’t be surprised if they tell you that they aren’t available.
  11. Generally not. But you can discuss the next days option each night at dinner and they often can come up with “off nenu” options
  12. That’s an e class ship— the OP will be in an S class ship
  13. In general, the specialty restaurants are not open for lunch. Maybe once a cruise there might be a special lunch in one of them, but it would not be bookable ahead of your cruise sushi does not require reservations.
  14. On embarkation day, the main dining room is not open for general passengers, only for concierge class and Zenith
  15. Sydney has always required that all passengers must leave the ship on turn around day.
  16. Every charter has its own rules. Some include drinks, packages some don’t, etc.
  17. They do offer lunch occasionally, but I would say it is unpredictable. You might see signage indicating that lunch is being served in Tuscan one day and that might be your only indication.
  18. Guest relations definitely know, but your steward may not
  19. Do not print the luggage tags and tear off your old tags so as not to confuse them. Let your old steward and your new steward know that you will be back to back and they will coordinate moving your stuff between the rooms.
  20. MDR breakfast every day MDR lunch on sea days, not on port days
  21. You can ask the agency you booked through, but there’s no way to see it in your account until you are on board. Because this gets asked so often I've compiled a list of things to spend OBC on. One thing I know of now that you CAN'T buy with OBC is a deposit on a Future Cruise. You need a credit card for that. Also, there may be some card game in the casino with a cash only buy-in. And if they do a fundraiser, like selling t-shirts to “save the reefs” and the like, expect to need cash for that. Otherwise, here you go: *Acupuncture *Airport transfers *Alcove/cabana Rental (some ships) *Apple products, go-pro, etc *Art Auction Purchases *Babysitting *Barber Shop services *Behind the Scenes Tours *Beverages -- Alcoholic, carbonated soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, bottled water — if not in your package, also beverages above your package limits *Bingo and Deal or No Deal *Bottles of wine *Casino *Chef’s Table *Corkage charged if you bring your own bottles of wine to the MDR *Duty free liquor and cigarettes *Extra cost entrees and other items in Main Dining Room and specialty restaurants *Extend Your Stay program *Fitness classes *Flowers *Gelato *Gift shop souvenirs, purses, watches, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry, etc. *Gratuities, and extra gratuities *Guests dining with you in Luminae (applies to Suite Passengers only) *Guest entertainers' CD's and DVD's *Hair and nail salon *Hollywood hot glass experiences (some ships) *Internet if not in your package, also Internet upcharges *Laundry/pressing/drycleaning *Liquor Tasting events *Luggage Valet (FLL and MIA only) *Martini Flights *Medical Center purchases *Mini bar *Portrait photo sessions *Pay-per-view movies *Persian Gardens passes *Personal Training Sessions *Photos & cameras *Room service fees *Ryde spinning classes *Shore Excursions *Shuttle to town (some ports) *Spa -- massages and treatments *Specialty restaurants *Teeth Whitening *Telephone calls using ship's system *Transfer to another passenger's account *Voyage in Review DVD *Wine and liquor tastings *Zumba They will always use non-refundable OBC first, then refundable OBC, And if you run out of that then it goes on your credit card
