We purchased the key with the included embarkation Chops lunch. Will they charge a gratuity or just give you the paper where it says additional tip?

WOW! I’m really glad my first cruise in three years is to Bermuda. Not that we won’t get Covid anyway but less chance with an all vaccinated ship of having emergency evacuations due to very sick passengers.

I was looking on booking Chops online before cruising and was surprised they add the 18% gratuity to the price. Is this new? I thought I remembered they had a place to add gratuity on the bill after dining.

Anyone who was on Enchantment notice if there are booths in MTD? I hear the two tops are really close together and would prefer a booth.

My first cruise is to Bermuda in October so I still will be testing and will be on a mostly vaccinated cruise since our cruise is almost sold out and Bermuda just changed their vaccination policy. This does make me feel a little safer for going on my first cruise in 3 years. I realize my chances of getting Covid are still high in a cruise environment though. Less chance of having to emergency evacuation of very sick individuals that can cause delays and missed ports. I’ll be watching what happens on cruises with larger numbers of unvaccinated since they are more likely to get sicker. Even though most are getting mild symptoms now there are still people in the ICU and dying. Although it’s much easier I do think doing a self test without a proctor is a joke. There will be people talking a picture of a negative test and using it for the whole family.

Is there a beach within walking distance of the pier? Plan to take the shuttle van to Horseshoe the 1st day but only have till 12 the second day and would like something closer.

Can you use USD to to take the $7 shuttle to Horseshoe and for tips? I think I remember the shops in the mall at the port took USD.

Don’t see mention of the $40 travel paperwork that has been required for vaccinated cruisers.

Wondering if you can subtract your Diamond free day from the presale discount price. When I put it in the cart I don’t see any way to subtract it. Is it only on full price packages?

My last time on HMC was 4 years ago and there was talk about building a dock. Is this in the works? I love HMC but the tender process makes it a shorter and less fun experience.

Glad to here the Gold status can be renewed. I was downgraded at MGM and told I would have earn my way back to gold by gambling.

I’m vaccinated and double boosted and hope to get the new booster before my mid October cruise. I’ve been careful and lucky not to have had Covid yet. I have several friends with long Covid. Even though most vaccinated have mild symptoms now, the hospitalizations are up again and deaths are now up to nearly 500 a day. Mostly unvaccinated, which makes me wonder how often ships will be forced skip scheduled ports for medical emergencies. With more unvaccinated there are more likely to have those with more severe symptoms that can’t be treated on board. I read on here from those unvaccinated that have had Covid several times and not had severe disease but there are many that are not that lucky. I am anxious to cruise again but don’t want to bring Covid home to my family. My first cruise is to Bermuda and as of now all over 11 have to be vaccinated and all tested. I can understand that small island countries need the tourism but don’t want to raise their Covid rates and cause illness and death to their citizens. I understand the sentiment of wanting to get back to normal but I believe it it’s a new normal we have to live with.

Is the Park Cafe menu on Enchantment different than on the Oasis class?

It will also depend on each ports requirements. Bermuda requires all passengers over age 11 to be vaccinated and all have negative tests. Personally it makes me more comfortable cruising there but know that there’s still a good chance of catching Covid on any cruise.

How late in the year is the water still warm enough to swim in? Going in mid October.

Hi, was reading about the 4 daily drinks on Diamond card and that you can use then at any bar or in the Diamond lounge. Last time I was on RC the drinks in the Diamond lounge didn’t count towards the 4 drinks per day loaded on your card. Has anyone been in the Diamond lounge recently that can clarify?
