Most of the bad behavior I’ve witnessed is alcohol fueled. If I had 15 drinks in a day it would probably kill me but certainly would affect my behavior!

Been worried about Covid more now that nobody has to test. Hard to know numbers since on the 7 night or less a lot of people won’t have symptoms till after the cruise. There’s always those who will go on the cruise not feeling well.

On pre Covid cruises if it was your birthday month you got one or two gifts, wine, money towards a spa treatment or a photo. Anyone know if this is still being done.

Says it should be better at 1 year but I’m not not convinced.

Hi all. Will be on my first cruise post tkr in April. I will be 10 months out but still have difficulty with stairs. I want to avoid elevators though because of the worry of Covid. Anyone else have trouble kneeling? I can’t kneel at all on the postoperative knee. Burning pain. Will need the other one eventually and worry I won’t ever be able to kneel.

No other nonstop and prices have doubled since I booked.

Delta just changed my flight from 3:30 to 7:30. Was thinking of whatever the cruise line tour and drop off before they changed the time but now looking for something to occupy my time till around 5.

Thanks for the review. After twice postponing, we are doing this cruise in October. I get many free offers from the casino but never Hawaii. Our cruise sold out pretty quickly. Hoping we get to all the ports!

I haven’t been back since 2019. I read on here that they had moved the guys charging for the front row of chairs and umbrellas. Hoping this is true. So many people didn’t know when approached that there were free chairs. If anyone has been there recently, will you please clarify. I also remember the last time there it was difficult to get a chair at the pool. Many were reserved. You had to buy a certain amount of food and drink. Anyone have any info if that is still the case?

Following along. I’m 6 months out from a right knee replacement and stairs are still not my friend. Going down is worse for me as it was before the surgery. My first post Covid cruise is in April and hope the stairs get easier as I’d like to avoid the elevator. Bon voyage!

Looking to book a balcony on Mardi Gras and want to avoid smoke smell coming from smoking areas. Does anyone know where the smoking areas are and what side or areas not to book a balcony. TIA

The main showroom on Horizon had a very odd set up with movable chairs and not enough seating. The comedy theater also had a very poor set up. There were lots of complaints so I was hoping that was changed with the new ships. Can’t tell for sure with the deck plans and haven’t seen pictures or info in reviews. Was hoping someone who’s been on both can answer.

Is the seating in the main theater and comedy club the same bad set up as the Horizon?

Is there a store within walking distance?

Hi, looking at the size of Luminae on the deck plan and the amount of suites it doesn’t seem big enough. We are going to be on the Edge with another couple and there only looks like a few tables for 4. From what I’ve read on these boards there’s no reservations, you just show up. Can anyone share their experience?

On all the private islands you can get a chair for free Coco Cay has umbrellas too. Food and the pool are free. There are activities if you want to pay for then and cabanas and pay extra separate areas. You can have a great day without paying anything. The same free drinks are available. Alcohol is available to purchase with your sail card.

We arrive there on Enchantment on the 22nd so we still have to test. It’s going to be a pain but it’s my first post Covid cruise and I’m kinda glad that at least initially everyone is negative. I know that it’s no guarantee with people flying in but it makes me feel a little safer. I still know there’s a good chance I’ll come off the ship with Covid!

We do not have a cabana or bed. We will just be finding two chairs and a umbrella near the beach. I know we will use our sail card for drinks. Do we need to bring any cash to tip anyone like the tram driver?

For those of you that have recently cruised to Bermuda, did you need to print the authorization or could you just show it on your phone?
