Slumber pod in interior room for baby?
poocher replied to LT4221's topic in Royal Caribbean International
The one in our room on Harmony was a full size sofa and more than big enough to sleep on and I did so a few nights. -
Slumber pod in interior room for baby?

Why couldn’t an adult sleep on the sofa? -
Slumber pod in interior room for baby?

I’d forgo the pack n play. Put the child in the bed & one adult sleep on the sofa. That room is going to be very tight. -
It’s a 5 minute walk from TTC to the Poly if you’re looking for a bus to DS.

Call C&A or go to the Loyalty desk upon boarding and be sure they are listed as in a relationship. He will automatically get Diamond status based on her with all the associated perks including the 4 free drinks per day. There is still a Happy Hour in the Diamond Lounge but you’ll have to use your free vouchers for the drinks. -
RC Texting through app with preteeen

We found it very hit or miss on Harmony in May. Sometimes the message went right through, sometimes didn’t show for hours. It was fine amongst all adults but I don’t think I’d trust it with kids/teens you really want to keep track of. -
Royal Caribbean MDR 2023 menus
poocher replied to margincall's topic in Royal Caribbean International
You should be able to. I booked Izumi sushi on our last sailing as a stand alone reservation and was able to choose the day and time when I booked. I’d say try it. You’ll know before you make the final purchase if you can choose day/time. -
Royal Caribbean MDR 2023 menus

It’s true of any dining package. I made the assumption when you said 2-3 nights that you were looking at either Chops+1 or the 3 night package. Sorry, my bad. If you are just booking 2-3 totally separate reservations, you should be able to select times immediately. -
Royal Caribbean MDR 2023 menus

Except for the courtesy first reservation, you have to wait til you board to book the rest anyway when you book any type of dining package. By then you’ll have the menus. -
Anyone done low-salt since the new menus?

I had the plain chicken breast, you wouldn’t want it! Rubber!!!!! -
And I was looking at the Children’s Place site again and I noticed French Terry shorts in the uniform section too. Not quite as, for lack of a better term, formal as the others but still look to be a reasonable length. For what it’s worth, I just got my granddaughter’s bike shorts in and they hit about an inch or so above the knee and are in no way form fitting. They are not like the tight spandex ones you might be thinking of. I hope this all helps!

Last cruise was hubby & my first as Diamond and we sailed with family that had had an unfortunate flight issue the previous year causing them to miss the cruise. Brother had been in touch with a rep from Michael Bayley’s office about it. Well between 3 cabins we had nine bottles of champagne adding to the 6 bottles of wine we carried on. Daughter took 5 bottles home!

Enchantment Owner's Suite Questions

And just in case you were not aware, internet access is not necessary to access the Royal app. -
For me the worst was when my daughter outgrew the children’s dept and had to move to “juniors”. I called it 90210 (remember that show?) trash. Absolutely nothing age appropriate.

We put our stuff in the bags they took the night before so I don’t know how they knew who it all belonged to. DD carried the champagne off. 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Enchantment Owner's Suite Questions

Please don’t be hesitant to ask questions. Ignore any responses you deem snarky but understand sometimes it’s hard to read intent on the boards. You will always find helpful responses too. -
Enchantment Owner's Suite Questions

Yeah, if you don’t want snark, and I have no idea whether Smokybandit was being snarky or not, maybe CC isn’t a good forum for you. Not saying it’s right just very common. -
I was just kinda surprised we got it all through customs along with my daughter’s 4 bottles of champagne. Apparently there’s no limit to what you can bring back?

Anyone enjoying the new menu selections?
poocher replied to dleahy4444's topic in Royal Caribbean International
We found mashed, baked & rice on the menu with various dishes every night and had no problem asking for one to be subbed for another. As I think I said earlier, the only request they could not/would not accommodate was something from a previous day’s menu. If it was on that night’s menu, we could mix & match. -
They will be for Harmony’s current cruise. Follow the choose another cruise instructions above. Click on the little torso upper right Click on select a different cruise Click on browse our ships Click on Harmony of the Seas Click on this week’s sailing Click on dining Under restaurants, click on Coastal Kitchen Click on the bar tab. There’s a pretty extensive list.

Royal Caribbean MDR 2023 menus

Based on 5 night current sailings for both Independence and Voyager (Explorer is in the Mediterranean so not a good example) the next 3 nights would be Caribbean, Mexican & Italian. -
Everyone else in my party had great food that night. I am spice adverse and not a fan of their grilled chicken so, no it was not my night. I had good appetizers and a good dessert. They are serving thousands of people. Don’t think it a surprise that occasionally a passenger doesn’t like any of the offerings. That’s what WJ is for. The staff tried very hard and I had no problem. Certainly didn’t starve.
