    We paid for a liquor package on the Divina then bid for a YC and was accepted. We both got a refund for the liquor package.

    Try the Riedel tasting. It’s always fun and you actually learn something about how wines taste different in certain glasses.

    When I did the tour they didn’t even have drink packages. It was on the fabulous Celebrity Mercury!

    I haven’t done the world wine tour in quite some time. The last time I did it they had quite a few high end wines. I tried chateauneuf du pape for the first time. And after it was over I had to take a nap! Unlimited good wines and cheese and crackers! I’m sure it has changed now. Maybe 2 buck chuck and some saltines 😂. Kidding, I’m sure it’s still fun.

    Seriously? Nasty is people getting up at 6am to go outside in their bathrobes and put a shoe and a book on 5 chairs and come back at 10. If they had pool attendants there they could just tell the people you can’t do that and take their stuff. Don’t go to the pool till you’re going to sit your butt in a chair.

    One good thing about E class ships is now I will pay only for an Ocean View cabin. Let’s face it most cabins are OV only some windows go up and down. The worst thing Celebrity ever did was build these ships with those ridiculous windows. Not even close to a veranda, infinite or otherwise. And definitely agree they need many more windows in the bars and lounges around the ship.

    Captain Tasos is the funniest Captain I have sailed with! I hope he will be on the Ascent next January. His liars club appearances are hysterical!

    The Mercury! Best crew on the high seas. Whenever they left for time off they always came back to the same ship. I made many friends on that ship who I still remain friends with. The crew and officers shed tears on that last voyage on the stage at a farewell party. That night the crew and guests danced together at a poolside party. We sailed her 7 times in 14 months!

    I have used ShoreExcursioneers in the past. They guarantee your return to the ship on time or they fly you to the next port. This was 3 years ago. Their tours are very reasonable and always a good time!

    When did this change? I did a move up to a SS on the Edge in 2019 and the premium drink package came with it. I only had the classic before the bid up.

    And no more lobster or filet at Le Petit. It’s now short ribs!

    I was in a suite on the Apex and could not get into Eden till there was a cancellation. We had to eat at 5:30 and that is 3 hours before I usually eat dinner.

    I bought the dining package (5 dinners) for the Beyond on Oct 26th. When I boarded and tried to make reservations I was told 2 specialty restaurants had availability. When I told them to cancel the package they told me they would try to find space in the restaurants (they did finally). Why sell the packages if you can’t use them?

    Yes he’s a ‘stripe’ now! He is the best WCB bartender for sure! He deserved the promotion and trains them well but I still miss him behind the bar!

    I enjoyed all my cocktails from the World Class Bar on Beyond. I came home and fired up some rosemary for my scotch! The bartenders were wonderfulL

    You have no idea why they need their dogs. Some detect a seizure coming on or any other health related issues. I talked to both the people that had the dogs and both seemed like they needed them. The larger one was in training.

    Yes greasy is good when compared to dry and tasteless. It’s a burger not a salad!

    The larger burgers are dry and tasteless while the skinnier versions were tastier and greasy good! This isn’t a burger upgrade. More is not always better.

    I also prefer the smaller ones. Didn’t enjoy my Mast Grill burger on the Beyond. Why do they always have to change a good thing?

    I have a 12 night Connie to Mardi Gras booked for February 2024. But…. The price was too good to pass up! You should just book it. You know you want too 😂
